This is a great stay in Amsterdam if you want a decent price but still close enough that it is easy to get in and out of the heart of Amsterdam. With the stations literally being right outside the hotel it is so easy to get around. Staff was for the most part friendly. Beds were extremely comfortable. The roof hangout area was a nice addition as well as the laundry service which is super awesome if you’re travelling for a while. It was I believe 6 euros to wash and dry your clothing. We got a suite with a kitchen hoping to make some of our own food however the microwave was suppose to work as an oven and yet it did not work very well at all. They provide you with washing liquids and washing tools however, no salt or pepper or even a cooking spray. This would be beneficial if you’re offering rooms with a kitchenette. overall we had a great stay! To make this hotel top notch would be to have a pool or hot tub.

If you do not mind taking train or tram for around 20 minutes, this is a great accommodation for you! I stayed here 6days in total, and the room is well equipped and is spacious.

It’s clean and new hotel. Little troublesome if you have a lot of luggage because you need to go up stairs to get to the front desk. The staffs there are not really professional. There was a tax price difference between trip.com and what hotel claims as well.

We came across training another staff at reception at midnight. And really really slow. Took almost 30mins to checkin.

TL;DR: The receptionist exhibited rudeness that impact overall experience of stay. If I’ve had read the reviews the thoroughly, I wouldn’t have stayed at this hotel. There’s one common problem here: a rude reception staff, whose behaviour and communication skill is very appalling and negative. I experienced it when I’m at the hotel and honestly this experience diminished all the good points about the hotel (like strategic location, great amenities and comfortable bed). Like one of other guests mentioned it is crucial for a hotel's reception staff to be welcoming and accommodating, however their interaction with me was rude and condescending. Truly, I hope the management take an initiative to provide hospitality training to their staff and improve the professionalism because if not, the staff’s lack of basic customer service skills, will negatively impact the business.

Around 5min walk from the station, which has direct train to the airport and many buses or trams to other areas. The staffs are very nice and helpful. Room was spacious with a small fridge, and we definitely loved the bed, soft and comfy. The lobby could be less scented though.

Coming back for the 4th time. Clean and tidy studio, 6 minutes away with the train or tram from the centre of Amsterdam.

Great hotel I gotta say, very modern. And got kitchen! Including dish washer, stove, all the silverware and microwave!

Love this hotel. They gave us a free upgrade to a comfort room with a view of the train passing at night. The kitchen in the room is very helpful at well. Wished we could have stayed longer!

It was really unhappy while we were there for the first day, the worst thing is the service women was so rude to me and spoke too much and never gave me any chance to replay, It’s seems like I was from other countries and won’t understand what she said about hotel in English! Also from her face, I felt impatient. Well, I do speak so much different languages for example English, Mandarin, German and Korean. Anyways. I feel so rude for the process of checking in, but later on everything was quite good.

Right next to flixbus stop, the train + metro + bus station! Theres a super market nearby and in case u want a bigger store take bus 15 with just 1 stop away to get to a shopping mall where there r at least two big size supermarkets and also many restaurants n shops to hang around! The room comes with full kitchenettes u can cook easily and dish washer of cos! The refrigerator has a freezer slot which is good exactly wt i needed! The room is spacious and comes with a giant closet too! Theres laundry room, sauna and gym room within the building as well. Its just a pity the sauna room only opens 12noon-8pm which i check-in slightly after 8, such a pity. Wish i may stay longer with such good price and amenities!

Easy access with train, bus, tram. Very quiet place. For us just perfect choice.

A nice new hotel in a quiet place near the train and metro station. It has a mini-kitchen and mostly everything you need to cook. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing we didn’t like is 100 euro deposit which we didn’t know beforehand.
