First room provided had a small window, that can onky be reached with a ladder. The claustrophobic feeling creeps in. Request a change of room, and was provided with one that is much better. Breakfast was OK, limited spread. No hot water in the morning as the overall heating system was down apparently. Checked out, and was given a free taxi voucher to go to our next destination. Good service saved the unfortunate circumstances. Kudos to the front office team thar managed this. Thank you.

Hotel very nice but for what I saw not much value for money. Room upgraded, super large as an apartment actually, but only one measly bottle of water. Room super cold, over nite I woke up literally by the cold. Staff was kind and helpful. Wifi mega slow!!

Good hotel to explore the city, a metro station is within 3 minute walk! The hotel is pretty new with a modern fit out! Would definitely stay there again

The hotel faces the street and is relatively quiet. It is very convenient to take an Uber when going out. There is a parking spot at the door. The room is relatively small and very clean. It has a capsule coffee machine. I stayed in Amsterdam for two days. There is also purified water in the room. The breakfast is rich and the waiters are very friendly. Enthusiastic and recommended.

I feel that the rooms I booked through Ctrip are all in the corners. I have been traveling in Europe recently and stayed in hotels in four or five countries. I wonder if I am discriminated against? I don't even bother to take pictures of the room. There is nothing except slippers and a bottle of water. When we checked in, a short girl with thick eyebrows and black hair was very rude, unsmiling, and stiff. When I checked out today, another young girl with curly bangs was very nice, smiling, and gentle. The service of the waiter in the breakfast room was also unsatisfactory. You need to be ushered to your seat, and you need to order fried eggs. The four fried eggs we ordered for breakfast on the first day did not come up after waiting for 15 minutes. The waiter seemed a bit unfriendly to Chinese people. One day at breakfast, I told the waiter that I needed a cup of coffee, and the waiter pointed in a direction expressionlessly: the coffee is there. She was referring to the ordinary coffee in the self-service, but I clearly saw that the foreigner at the next table ordered two cups of cappuccino, and she didn't even ask me what kind of coffee I needed, and she just perfunctorily dealt with it.
