Upon our arrival at Centraal Station (Ferry Station) on 02/11/22 @ 4.15pm, we made a call to request for a shuttle. Less than 10mins the driver came but drove away in front of us without stopping by to pick us up. Thereafter we made a call again to hotel to ask the driver come back. After the 15 mins of waiting (travelling with a baby and weather is cold and total waiting time is 25 mins). The driver finally arrived, i asked him why he never stopped to check around if there is any guests waiting for him. He said i shouted at him and asked to carry my heavy luggages up to the van by myself because he is not happy and complaint to the other guest who is also taking the same shuttle. I even had to open the van back door to reloaded the luggages by myself also when arrived at the hotel.
This is the most terrible service I ever encountered. Initially I was looking very forward to stay in this hotel but I was ill-treated by this driver. I hope the management will look into this matter. This not the kind of service provide to the guest. I will not stay or recommend this hotel to my friends.

The hotel is about 20 minute walking from centraal station or 10 minute walking from the nearest metro station. But, they provide shuttle to and from the centraal station. The room is spacious with bathtub. The service is very good. The gym is quite large. It’s a nice place for pampering oneself.

Een hele mooie uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Amsterdam centrum. Handige shuttelbus die je naar het pontje brengt en haalt, de gehele dag en avond beschikbaar. Gastvrij en fijne kamers. Fietsen gehuurd, maar dat was helaas geen succes. Wil je een goede fiets, huur deze dan elders.

Muy buen hotel cómodo y tiene todas las comodidades, un poco llejos de la estación pero lo compensa con transporte gratuito al Ferry, además con la facilidad que te guardan las maletas en en otro hotel de la misma cadena cerca a la estación central.

The free shuttle service is the deal breaker, if you do not want to be in the middle of it all then this hotel is perfectly located, a 5 minute shuttle ride to the free ferry getting you to central station in 10 minutes.

Don’t book this hotel if youre going to rely on the shuttle service. They advertised on their website that the shuttle picks up/drops off at Central Station and runs continuously. Upon arrival, we were told we had to take the ferry across the river and also call to request the driver. The driver took over 15 minutes usually to come, even though the hotel is a 6 minute drive away from the pick up point. This slowness caused us to miss our train to Germany on our last day in Amsterdam.
The hotel also advertises 24/7 room service and this is also false. When we attempted to order room service, we were told the kitchen was closed.
The rooms were comfortable but we will not stay here again due to the false advertisement.

Hotel tranquilo. Situado zona norte pero de fácil acceso al centro, disponen de un transfer que te acerca al ferry que cruza el canal. Les hace falta una reforma por algo de deterioro. Habitaciones limpias y espaciosas. Personal muy amable
