Too small room that not easy to have a big luggage . But the position is convenient for take tram or bus,

Staff is nice, who recommended a few places for me to visit since it was my first time in the city. The hotel is clean and very centrally located, just right next to the Rijksmuseum. However, the hotel failed to mention it is right next door to a construction site that happens to start work at 8am and right by the road. I was given a room on the first floor and my quality of sleep… 📉📉📉

We stayed here at the end of June and it was amazing. The rooms were spotless, staff really friendly and the hotel is in a great location! 100% would come back and will be recommending to friends 👌🏼

I had a very nice room facing the canal and the Rijks, with lots of light. Although it was a bit cold and the heating system was not working or the central heating was off. However, staff were nice enough to lend me radiator. They get very busy at reception and most times only one person is on shift so it gets quite slow to check-in/collect bags/pay food/etc — it also gets busy even if 2 people are attending. Some of the staff, when dropping luggage or collecting, where unfriendly. They forgot to clean my room even though I hanged the notice.

Great location, so convenient to walk to the museums. Nice service ,staff are friendly. The handsome Cafe guy working at night was so kind to help me with my left twisted ankle. He gave me two ice bags. Thank you so much!

We loved everything about the hotel

The location is good, the hotel is clean,l. But some receptionist lacks hospitality and is quit rude. Also no one to carry ur luggage u got to do it ur self.

Nice location. Rooms are not all nice . Some of them has no window . Stuff friendly . Restaurant not bad too . The only problem no room service after 11 pm . And price a bit over for that level of hotel . But is ok . The best is location there and comfortable bed .

Double room was very tiny and expensive. In the morning, it was too loud smells something and hot water of my room was not working which was terrible. Breakfast was good same as other hotels such us Best Western, Holiday Inn
