They we’re very accommodating and helpful. The lobby is full of life and the restaurant serves simple and delicious food.
One thing to mention: They didn’t service the room as requested. We requested twice and had to call for towels.

Underbart och härlig vibe. Borde finnas fler platser att hänga på för hotellgästerna - så många coola människor som kommer utifrån som tar all plats. Vi som bodde på hotellet kunde knappt hitta någonstans att hänga.

The location was incredible! Everything I wanted to see was within walking distance (25 minutes max) and also a hub for many people having the wonderful bar and restaurant. Everything was great although the reason why I am writing this review is due to an experience I had. It was about 3-4am in the morning when I got back to my hotel and realized it was warm in my room. The AC was not working or maybe I was doing something wrong. Unfortunately I can’t sleep when it’s hot so I had to call the front desk at that time. Within 5 minutes two members of the staff showed up at my room to test the AC and try to figure it out. After 10 minutes of not cooling down, they moved me to a different room as well as helped me with my bags. I was able to fall asleep under cold fresh AC in under 20 minutes of getting to my room from a long night out. I feel like any other place would have taken over an hour just to do anything (especially at 3AM). It was late so I do not remember the names of the two that helped but this was a great experience! Thank you.

perfect location in a quiet street by the canal. Staff is lovely, friendly and helpful. Room was small yet cozy and nice. Highly recommended. The restaurant is relaxed, with beautiful music and friendly staff. This was truly a great place to stay

POSITIVE Best location ever Wonderfully warm and happy welcome (thank you Annie who gave our teddy bear Willoughby a special necktie in Ned national colours) from ALL the staff Exceptionally comfortable bed and duvet A BLT sandwich in the hotel restaurant that is worth leaving home for COULD DO BETTER Supply toothmugs in the bathroom Perhaps put a little stool in the shower to help dry feet? Room 107 directly overlooks function area and can be noisy Fantastic experience. We would look nowhere else.
