We had a fantastic stay at Atlantis Hotel in Amsterdam. The staff were fantastic and very helpful at all opportunities. The location was very nice, in the heart of the vibrant area of De Pijp. Plenty to do and see locally when walking to the centre. Hotel also right beside the tram stop which brings you to the centre in 5-10 minutes. The only setback of our stay was the cleanliness. A coffee was spilt on the first night of arrival leaving a stain on the bottom of one of the bed sheets. It appeared the sheet had been replaced but rather than replacing the sheet it had simply been flipped over. Although our room was relatively clean, the hotel was undergoing renovation at the time.

Hotel was not that great, parking is fine, the balcony is not great, don't expect too much from everything and the prices of the rooms should be lower 115 euros for the room, I thought it was too much when you see how it looks because if you pictures on the site, my bathroom at home is bigger than those rooms

My girlfriend and I saw Taylor Swift on July 4th and stayed here for 5 days. The staff was above and beyond with their customer service! We had an amazing balcony we were able to relax on. We drank our Corona's and had snacks from their accommodations on site. We stayed on the third floor and the room was so quaint and comfortable. We loved the manager as well, who I think may have been newer. However, he was always very attentive and always greeted everyone. Everything extra we needed, they provided. For example, an iron and ironing board. They even arranged a luxury taxi service for us that was very affordable. It helped to make our stay easier. We just want to thank this staff so much for making our Amsterdam experience so lovely!! Other notes: they have trains right outside you can take into city centre and other destinations. They are by many restaurants and other needed places within walking distance.

This hotel was far from a pleasant experience. We had a triple room and it was much too small for three people to live comfortably in. The room had no windows other than a very small skylight which we could not open. The room had no air conditioning, only a very old, dusty fan which did very little to cool down the room. One lady at the reception was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, a few other people working in reception were quite unprofessional and unhelpful. The location of the hotel is very convenient and right next to a tram stop. I think you could find this elsewhere in a more comfortable hotel. Would not stay again.

Ok location but if you don’t want to be taking trams or taxis to centre,stay closer to centre Rooms were ok Beds were sloped and not comfortable Staff were not nice Breakfast was good but the exact same every day so got tiresome No facilities in hotel except rooms A big mouse came in from balcony one night to our room No compensatory offer whatsoever for this Only ok And not great value either

The service was great. Immediately welcomed very warmly from Jackie upon arrival. after room was assigned, we were often checked to see if everything was still satisfactory. we had a delicious breakfast. the breakfast area is small but the most important the the breakfast is great. there was a lot of choice and all products were as fresh as could be. The bottom line is that is a great hotel with balcon, A great staff Jackie and definitely recommended.

We stayed in room 108. We had bed bugs. Unfortunately we didn’t check for bedbugs before going to sleep. We saw little red bugs in the bed when we woke up but it was too late. We are now covered up in bites with non-stop itching lasting for almost a week. I emailed the hotel to let them know the day after we left and one week later they have not yet responded.

This is a nice hotel with clean rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff. Right on a crossroads of trams making it is very accessible. I would recommend as it's great value and in a decent location, just 2 tram stops from de pijp and 4 from Rembrandt

Afte we did the routine check of our room we unfortunately found bedbugs under the beds. The staff was very helpful and friendly and we got a full refund and rebooked with a different hotel. Location wise it was very nice. The rooms were a bit smaller than expected.

Good food,clean rooms and helpful,hard working staff.Rooms at the front aren't noisy because it`s the outskirts of the city centre with only one Tram the 4 that passes by.The hotel has a lift and its right by the Albert Cuyper's market

A good solid hotel for a 2 night break in Amsterdam . A nice room with comfy bed. Breakfast in a nice airy room with view on to the street. A good location Close to public transport and tram stop. The man on the reception was most helpful. I would use again.

We arrived in the morning around 7:30 and I was so tired and really want to sleep already that time but room is not available that time. But the woman(forgot to ask her name) but to describe her she is an asian, in the front desk saw me that I was really tired. She tried to help me by offering coffee and trying to talk to me just to wake me up. she is so amazing with her attitude. She really care their guest. And she really welcome you good. I will give a perfect score with this staff. And then I came back around 15:30 to check if my room is ready. But then the spanish guy talked like no respect. Which is not suites to work in the hotel. I am not sure if because of language different or may be only the way he talked or just no respect. But in my opinion he needs to work it out. Breakfast is so excellent.!!
