Great hospitility

It’s was an ok stay. Nothing crazy. Somewhere to rest. The beds say Queen they’re more like a full. Other then that it’s a great location to Disney 15min walk and 10 min walk to ToyStory busses. Nice stay overall.

Loved my stay. Staff was nice, helpful. Location was awesome. I will stay better again.

We stayed for 3 nights to go to California Disney. It's a little far from Disney, so we were tired and decided to walk the streets at night after the park closed. However, there is a Disney parking lot (Toy Story parking) within a 5-minute walk! They take you to the park by bus for free, so it was safe and very convenient. The buses run regularly. As expected, there were a few lines to get on the bus around opening and closing times. As for the room, I'm concerned about the plumbing. It seems to vary depending on the room, but it was very difficult to adjust the shower temperature.

The location and price are perfect. It seems like there are a lot of Japanese customers, so it would be better if there were information in Japanese! I'd like to stay here again the next time I go to Anaheim.

The hotel is 15 minutes' walk from Disneyland. It's actually quite convenient. There's 711 on the road. The wait for the shuttle bus was too long and it cost $4. I walked there. The hotel has a swimming pool but it's not warm enough.

I chose this hotel because it was near Disney, had a low price, and had good reviews. Disney is within a 20 minute walk. There is a microwave in the lobby, which was useful for eating food purchased from nearby convenience stores and pharmacies. I expected the hotel to have bottled water, but unfortunately they didn't. Both heating and cooling function, but you need to be careful as the room will be very dry.

It's a bit far from Disney, but the location was good for the price. Since it's on the main street, security is also good. The interior of the hotel is old but clean. The staff are friendly. There is also a bus stop, so it seems like a place where you can get around without difficulty if you know the geography well.

The location is very good. Almost the same location as Hilton at this price! It's amazing! I think it's perfect as a hotel to sleep in if you're in the park all day! There is a pharmacy nearby so shopping is no problem. Unlike Japanese hotels, everything is not clean and the amenities are perfect, so you will need to prepare some on your own!

Upon arrival the toilet didn’t flush properly and when I asked for assistance I thought maintenance fixed it but it still didn’t flush properly- it eventually flushed whatever was stuck. Also maintenance tried to open my door in the evening due to some mixup in the assigned rooms (my room was also assigned to another couple). Front desk called to apologize mentioning there was a mixup in the name (my last name is very unique and the couple was white so not sure how one can mix that up.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, except when it came to internet problems (see below). Room was satisfactory, bed was comfortable, but overall the rooms need to be updated. Faucets were very stiff to turn, shower took several minutes to get hot water, wasting lots of water. Mini-fridge was great, but no microwave in the room is a huge problem for business travelers like me who like to reheat our leftovers in our rooms while we work. Also, the Choice Hotels website said their was a complimentary breakfast, but this hotel charged for breakfast, and it was literally the exact same breakfast that other Choice Hotels offer for free. WiFi was terrible. Non-existent most of the time and when it did work, it averaged less than 3Mbps download and less than 1Mbps upload. The "Business Office" was nothing more than a conference table and chairs. No dedicated WiFi and no ethernet ports. It was SO bad that at 11pm I had to walk 1/2 mile down to Denny's and use their WiFi to make my Midnight deadline. This is not the first time I've stayed at this hotel, but I forgot just how bad the WiFi was when I booked it. I had at least 20 friends staying at the same hotel, and they all complained about the lack of WiFi. When traveling to Anaheim Conventions in the future, I may look elsewhere for my hotel needs.

Good for WonderCon for one or two days. However, wifi was always failing, loud noises constantly when trying to sleep.

As much as I don’t want to write this, it needs to be stated. The staff is great. Extremely pleasant and helpful. The lobby is very inviting. The rooms are dated (namely the bathrooms). Bad caulking, plugged drains that take forever to clear, when you turn on the faucet in the tub it goes everywhere including back along the edge and out the tub enclosure if you don’t flip it to shower fast enough. The toilet flushes partially. It gets the job done but always leaves a little paper floating. Given that this is So Cal, darker curtains for the windows would be most helpful in the event that you want to sleep past 6:30am. The hotel served it’s purpose for a quick visit to town. I feel that the chain could re-evaluate some upgrades that need to be done for this property. Based on he location and capacity that it serves, I imagine they hav not made it a priority. It would be nice to see that happen.
