great hotel within walking distance to Disneyland and food services. has excellent family facilities on site.

I had a special and wonderful experience at this hotel. We stayed here for two nights for my birthday. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning and a very friendly and kind hotel staff greeted me in Japanese and let me check in immediately. Moreover, they upgraded our room. On the first night, when I came back from Disney and entered the room, there was a paper bag and a letter. Inside was a Disney gift from the hotel. I was really moved and very happy. I didn't have time to thank the hotel staff in person, but I really appreciate it. Thank you for giving me such a wonderful experience!

We love this hotel! So handy to Disneyland and public transport. We were told about no restaurant or cafes on site. However, there is McDonald and Bakery right outside. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Thank you Fairfield!

Too noisy as the air condition operated and the train passed through. It’s hard to sleep well.

Incredible location for a budget stay near Disneyland California. Stayed two nights however there was no linen changes. Staff were acceptable however we were told our room had been resold as we did not call ahead arriving late for our booking. After some confusion at the front desk our room was found and we were checked in. Check out was not a problem.

The service staff checked in and asked for my passport again. They were speechless just to see which country I was from. The hotel is close to Disney, 7 minutes walk. The room is ok, and the sanitation is ok, but one day in the corridor, I don't know what machine keeps making rumbling noises, and there are noises at night.

The room is on the first floor, and the air conditioner is very noisy. It's really close to Disneyland on foot, which makes up for the hotel's outdated facilities.

We stayed here on our trip to Anaheim Disneyland. It's about a 10 minute walk to the entrance gate, so it's very convenient. The staff were also very kind! There is a water server at the front desk, so if you bring a large plastic bottle or tumbler, you don't have to buy expensive American water, which was helpful! There are ice makers and vending machines on each floor, and a microwave on the third floor! I want to stay here again!

Very old, very old hotel, except the location is really good, eight minutes walk to the main entrance of Disney, the waiter is very good, everything else is average. Thinking about the 100th anniversary of Disney, how old is this hotel? 🤔

I brought my children to Disney and booked this hotel for the closeness. I came out of Disney at 11pm. The hotel canceled my reservation in order to oversell the room. Steffen at the front desk of the hotel was very rude. He said it was cancelled. Otherwise, you can pay the walk-in price to open a room, or else just go. I asked that the credit card has already been charged, why should I cancel it, and even called the security guard. It was not until the hotel manager came that the room was opened and the reservation was resumed. The hotel facilities are very poor, the air conditioner is very loud, the bath towels are all yellow, and the service is even worse. The room is cleaned once every 3 days. The hotel managed by Marriott is really getting worse day by day. Strongly not recommended.

It was very convenient because the location was good, in the common room. There was a microwave, so it was nice to take care of the kids' meals. The staff was also kind ^^ Next time I come here again. I will make a reservation!^^
