Great room not to far from park. Lots of nearby stores and food places. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep and shower for the price and location this is great.

The room smelt musty with a hint of urine. Only half the lights worked. The decor was dated and the painting looked like a toddler had done it. There was no iron board or iron, hair dryer, jug, or microwave. The bed was an old spring mattress and was extremely uncomfortable. There was only a sheet and a sheet-type cover, no additional blankets in the bedroom (it was the end of November - so it was very cold around 2 am); the room did have a heater - when turned on, it sounded like there were 2 commercial dryers in the bedroom. The shower literally takes over 5 minutes to heat up, and you would get more pressure from an abandoned building hose. They have signs to put on the door for service, we put a sign-out but no one came (we needed fresh towels), went down to reception and they said no cleaner today, we said we wanted some fresh towels (as per the sign on the door) we got some fresh towels (which the owners could have done, they didn't need the cleaner to have done this).
The good thing about this hotel is that it is within walking distances to Disney Land - was it worth staying in this hotel for though . . . NO!, there were other accommodations that were slightly more expensive by approx $10-$30 per night more that would have been worth spending the extra money on. If you have a family with kids, please do not book here. I wish I read more current reviews prior to booking.

The Anaheim Convention and Exhibition Center is very close and can be walked. Disney/or the location is very good for meetings. For other requirements of the motel, don’t have too high expectations😄

Very dirty place. Woke up in the middle of the night with cockroaches crawling all over us. Terrible management. Attaching several photos of cockroaches and the filthy room and furniture.

Cockroach Motel! This place is filthy. Turned on the light at night and could see many cockroaches in the bathroom. Absolutely disgusting. My husband took pictures of the roaches, and after staying up early to check all our bags for bugs before leaving we were exhausted. The owner does not care. He offered not even an apology. Was rude and dismissive despite literal proof. The furniture chairs are very dirty with ground in dirt and stains, my white socks turned brown from walking the floor, and the comforter with mystery stains, just no. We thought we were stuck here, fine, it is old and cheaper, we will be at Disney most of the day anyway, BUT roaches! Never in my life have I had such a bad experience as this place. Do not go here. Do not be tempted by its location as we were, go elsewhere.

Location is fantastic and walking distance to Disneyland, shops (milk bread microwave meals )pharmacy and also across the road from garden walk, house of rock, cinema, cheesecake shop, Starbucks, pizza, 7/11. Motel is Old, don’t expect a up to date room. Management was friendly and helpful. Upon entry the room was hot, it looked spacious it didn’t smell musty or bad as some reviews stated also no cockroaches or dead bugs also as some reviews have said. Furniture is very outdated. Fridge was new, toilet was new and shower curtain seemed new. There was a bath but no bath plug in case you were thinking of having a bath. Shower pressure was good and water was nice and hot. There was complimentary soap, shampoo (not great so bring your own shampoo n conditioner) an extra toilet paper roll. 2 Towels which were good and smelled clean. Tv was good with many channels, free wifi. No hairdryer. There was NO cutlery, plates or cups apart from 2 paper cups. Now the biggest downside to this room was the bed sheets were SO thin and old and had some stains and holes, this actually makes me upset as all I needed was a good night sleep and felt like my bed was dirty but most likely they were washed and were old stains. I decided to sleep on top of my clothes and covered the stains with tape. I could have asked for new ones but it was a late check in and I was exhausted. (Mattress was comfortable bed frame is metal old style. All I can stress to the owners is replace your sheets! I used the shuttle to the lax airport that the management had booked for me costing $50 usd cash not including tip. The van driver was friendly and helpful and made sure that I had my mobile and passport before leaving me which was very considerate as it’s about 50 min from the motel. (Expect traffic delays getting to the airport so allow yourself heaps of time) If you are after a very basic motel that’s cheap and has a great location with off street parking and you are not expecting more than 2.5 * then you will be fine here.

One of the dirtiest hotels I have ever been, let alone the mold on the walls and the furniture that should have been replaced couple centuries ago. I can't imaging that people actually gave it more then one star. The only extra star they deserve is for location. It is about 15-20 minutes walking to Disneyland.

horrible service: i was at the airport and my flight was cancelled one hour before the departure time with no other flights leaving for over 24 hours. i called the riviera motel specifically asking for a credit to stay at a later date, NOT a refund. the owner continually shouted “no refunds” at me because my booking was non refundable as of two days prior. well, my flight was not cancelled two days ago and now i have no way to get there. he said something that i couldn’t understand, so i asked him to repeat himself and he hung up on me. i called him back a second time and told him how unprofessional it was that he hung up on me, and he interrupted me several times to tell me that my booking is non refundable. i told him that i will be cancelling all future bookings at this hotel and taking my business elsewhere, and he hung up on me again. this would have been my 3rd stay at the riviera motel this year, and i had another booking planned later in september. he did not offer to work with me and my situation at all. if this is how a repeat customer is treated at this motel, i will be taking my business to literally any other hotel on the block and advise you to do the same.
