The property is good and i've come here to stay fit the 2nd time since last year. Earlier, i'd booked several rooms here! the mm t experience was bad though. The offer said that i'll get high tea. Whereas, what i got was two cups of tea and a couple cookies. On inquiry, the hotel said and showed me the fine print of high tea.

Nie Wieder!! Ich bin mit einer Lebensverfgiftung heimgeflogen! Mein erstes Zimmer war undicht, das Wasser kam in grossen Mengen über das Fenster rein. Das Personal brachte nach Aufforferderung Handtücher zum Auslegen. Ich musste das Zimmer wechseln. Im Hotelzimmer riecht es unangenehm. Die Toilettenspülung funktionierte nicht gut. Das gesamte Personal spricht kein englisch. Die Reiningungskräfte sollten sich selbst mal reinigen. Gerüche über Gerüche. Der Treppenaufgang ist verdreckt, altes Geschirr und alte Möbel stehen rum. Angeblich das beste Hotel am Platz...aber zum Frühstück gibt es nicht mal Filterkaffee! Den Kaffee in der Cafeteria gibt es ab 11 Uhr :(( ...wieso ist dann eine Cafeteria? Kompliziert ist hier alles ... das Wort Aufmerksamkeit & Höflichkeit kennt hier keiner. Ich war 2 Wochen Gast und es gab kein einziges persönliches Gespräch. Selbst mein Geburtstag wurde gekonnt ignoriert. Insgesamt mega schlechte Atmosphäre, Hygiene mies...aufgrund meines Erlebnisses nach dem letzten Abendessen komme ich nie wieder in dieses Hotel. Keine Entschädigung für die Umstände mit 2 Tagen Wasserschaden... keinerlei Wertschätzung! Nie wieder blueivy!!!!

The rooms feature eye-catching wooden floors, and the bathrooms are sparkling clean and odor-free, equipped with high-quality jaguar brand utilities. We were pleasantly surprised by a mini-fridge in our basic room, and the management even upgraded us for free! the basement parking provides ample and secure space for your vehicle. The hotel boasts a wide variety of dining options. We sampled some of their snacks, and they were delicious. A refreshing bonus is that the hotel only charges a 5% gst on food bills, compared to the standard 18. They even keep their cold drinks priced at mrp (maximum retail price. The on-site gym and game room are well-maintained with functioning equipment. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was a letdown, as it was overrun with insects, particularly flies and fly larvae. However, the rooftop snacking experience was truly exceptional, offering stunning views and a unique atmosphere. Overall, this hotel is a must-visit for those seeking a resort-like feel with delicious and affordable food. It exceeded all my expectations!

Enjoyed the stay, the rooms are very spacious and clean. Room service is great. In room dining food is very nice. The breakfast was really tasty. The staffs at reception were very polite and helpful. Overall, a great experience. It is very close to anand railway station.
