Hotel White House

Good location and food expensive maintenace poor and otherwise overall good this cost for property

Service very poor their is no chief in the hotel to prep-air food all agreements related food doing self service their is no sufficient cutlery in kitchen bath towel is not given in the hotel. Hotel view is excellent in white house hotel. But the hotel services is very very poor experience

It was very nice stay to hotel white house pahalgam we would love to come back again we got the room no 102 is very stunnig room river facing

Location - nice but not detailed on google maps. Approach to hotel is what maps missed. Food - non existent thus making trip poor. Amenities - poor. Bookings not coordinated. Hotel owners (basically 2 partners) one of them responded but excused himself that this booking wasn't thru him and we did not stay in his owned room / cottage therefore we need to contact the other owner and where as other owner just failed to respond despite multiple calls to him and even watsapp messages. Services - utterly poor of its kind even a basic request of reheating a portion of maggi which the child got delayed in eating was bluntly refused saying aapko garam bana kar hee to diya tha. Staff belonging to both the owners were seemingly chilling out between themselves having tea / smoking. Rooms did not have proper amenities we had 2 rooms to us and were given to us in different location 1 apparently in the name of upgrade to a cottage which did not have functional tv, wi-fi, towels, washroom amenities etc. Awkward construction smaller doors and irregular designs made it worse to spend 48 hours. Definitely not happy and will surely not recommend any one to book here. Go there to view the river flowing by but at the same time there are multiple such options and other properties were seen conducting activities too for their guest but this place was made into a dead place by the owners and the staff.

Location is perfect. Rooms are small but manageable. Ower needs to improve furniture quality and bathrooms. One should not miss the life time experience because of its perfect location

It is really a pleasant stay at hotel White House Pahalgam…The place is very relaxing filled with nature and natural beauties of snow covers mountains,greenery,small glacier water fall..staffs behaviour is very good and food is also good…

Good location, nice stay. Service need to be improved & connectivity as property owner mobile number needs to responded. Room was good and view was also very good.

It was amazing I just love this place ❤️ Can't describe in words food was tasty 😋 location is beautiful like heaven. rooms was so clean and that river and mountain view of the property is perfect for the person who loves nature. it was unaccepted . seriously this place is ❤️ so so beautiful. were beautiful people 🍁❣️
