5. Hotel bliss was excellent. We stayed with kids and they provided us with family room of one double bed and one single bed which was very comfortable. Moreover when we requested for electric kettle they promptly provided it. Only thing we didn't like was the freshness of the food at their restaurant. But considering it was ramzan time and we were the only guests in the hotel that night i would make it a pass on the food.

GGuest UserExperience was good. Special mention of mr. Ashiq for his courtesy and hospitality. He was prompt to resolve our concern and in no time he acted upon our concern and provided an alternative. Overall staff attitude was good and helpful. The property's central location in pahalgam makes it convenient for going around the market. Breakfast menu could have been better with a display of food to choose from. Because of table service and no written display of menu we did not know what's coming to the table and had to return an item. Door locks need to upgrade in neatness the rooms were clean and tidy to satisfaction. For budget stay it is ideal

GGuest UserThis property is exotic and the view is amazing. The interiors are tastefully designed and the scenic view from the room makes it even more special. We were lucky to find such a wonderful homestay especially manzoor bhai who were so generous. He gave me his own kangri ( a small basket filled with coal ) when i was shivering in minus 5 degrees. He even arranged bonfire for us and hookah on request. Manzoor bhai is literally the best kashmiri I have ever met, so generous and sweet person. We will definitely plan a long trip to pahalgam in summers in this property.

GGuest UserI was Lucky to find Brown Palace online which was matching my tast like to stay from all crowds of busy pahalgam twon . The location was great accommodation was outstanding newly bulid premium rooms with centrally heating the food was fresh delicious and always fresh cooked. The staff was so much helpful they can arrange your requirements just in minutes. I highly recommend this cosy place to every kind of traveller. My heartful thank to all staff and owner for making my stay a memorable one.

GGuest UserWe are travellers who work remotely and have lived in ***y different kinds of spaces. Zebrina has a well-maintained garden and outdoor space. The front rooms have a great view of the mountains and receive sunlight throughout the day. The rooms are relatively clean but the carpets on the floor accumulate dust. This affected my partner who has dust allergies. The room is basic and is comfortable for only 2. The hosts are great and go out of their way to make you comfortable. The food provided was simple home food. If you are working remotely be cautious of power outages and Wifi issues. I left purely due to Wifi issues and would have otherwise stayed there longer. Zebrina is located next to a river and has ***y parks closely. We can walk to the market (15 minutes away), if required.

We booked this place looking at all the reviews and excellent home environment stay and food. Irshad was very welcoming on the phone, when we booked the place and also when we were travelling on the day towards Pahalgam. The place itself is approx 2.5 kms from the main market and the walk to and fro is quite charming. But if you have senior citizens or children it can get tiring for them if you do not have a vehicle with you. The place doesn't have a direct mountain view but some rooms will give you a partial view. We had booked a family room and it was exactly the way it is shown in the pics. It was just our misfortune that it rained heavily in the evenings for both the days that we were in Pahalgam. To add to this we landed on the eve of Id, so all the staff was on leave and Irshad was the lone person attending to our needs. So never got to taste any lunch or dinner. The breakfast though came both the days. For food/tea in the evening we had to depend on a Dhaba just nearby. While there were enough blankets provided by Irshad, the room was very cold through out the stay. There was unfortunately no provision for electric heater or electric blanket . Perhaps we should have asked these questions before booking. So overall an average stay. However this has got nothing to do with Irshad's abilities. He is a fine young *** trying to manage the show with limited manpower in those 2 days.
