A few plus and negative points. Hotel and pool are really nice and bedrooms are great. Just needs an extra set of drawers. Food is good but repetitive so generally very similar buffet each day. Now the major issues. Despite paying for All Inclusive and being in an area for good days out, they would only provide packed lunch if you were missing breakfast !! Made sandwiches on 1st day but staff stopped me after that. Some of the staff are rude or lazy and there are not enough staff especially for evening meals. Lots of waiting for tables and utensils. Some of the staff play about with their phones too much. Final nail in the coffin was that over half the hotel was full of older teenagers so not great for younger families or older couples.

Το χειρότερο ξενοδοχείο που έχω μείνει στη ζωή μου!Αρχικα κοροϊδεύουν τον κοσμο λεγοντας στα πακετα τους πως συμπεριλαμβάνεται ο καφες και εννοουν μονο ζεστα ροφηματα απο μηχανημα που δεν πινετε τιποτα.Μια εβδομάδα εκεί και δεν άλλαξαν όχι τα σεντόνια αλλα ούτε το καλαθάκι του μπάνιου που τους παρακαλουσαμε καθε μερα με αποτέλεσματο το μπαλκονι μας να είναι γεματο απο σακουλες με σκουπιδια που βγαζαμε μονοι μας,τα δωματια βρωμικα με πράγματα των προηγούμενων που εμεναν εκει,το φαγητό του μπουφέ κάθε μερα τα ίδια με μικρές παραλλαγές και δεν τρωγόταν τίποτα,δεν ειχαν ουτε ποτηρια και τους παρακαλουσες να σου βρουν για να πιεις νερο με το φαγητο σου,οι χυμοι απο μηχανημα και απαισιοι και το μηχανημα με τα αναψυκτικά ηταν μονιμως χωρις ανθρακικό ή αδειο και ο διαβητικος που ειχαμε στη παρεα μας δεν μπορουσε να πιει τιποτα γιατι τα αναψυκτικά χωρις ζαχαρη τα χρέωναν κανονικα ,οι τουαλέτες τις πισινας βρωμαγαν μονιμως και ο ιδιοκτήτης οτι πιο αχώνευτο εχω συναντησει!οι κοπελες στα μπαρ και ο κυριος που γεμιζε τα φαγητα ευγενεστατοι ,η κυρια η ξανθια στη reception ιδια ξινη με τον ιδιοκτήτη!Όλα λάθος πραγματικά..

It’s nightmare. Dirty bathroom’s, dirty corridors. Out of order electricity panels, which make noise at night. Noisy music at 11 p.m. at the bar, which spreads on another floors. Food, drinks very poor.

EVERTHING WAS GOOD,NICE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE,FOOD WAS VERY GOOD ONLY OUR ROOM WAS NOT PERFECT BUT THAT IS NOT BIG PROBLEM BECOUSE WE WAS ON THR BEACH WHOLE DAY ONLY SLEEPING IN ROOM. TAHNKS TO HOTELC.COM ANT TO HOTEL THEA BOUTIQUE

Very nice hotel with nice people. The view was excellent,romos are clean. Food was great. Serbice is perfect. Apostolia is such a nice person. We had a great time at the hotel. Definitely we will come back.

Εξαιρετική θέμα από το δωμάτιο μας και προς τη θάλασσα και προς το Βυζαντινό Κάστρο. Ευγενέστατο και πολύ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Μας εξυπηρέτησαν πάρα πολύ με το μωρό μας, παρόλο που δεν ήταν υποχρεωμένοι οι άνθρωποι. 1 μεγάλη και 2 μικρές παιδικές πισίνες και πραγματικό All Inclusive με παγωτά, χυμούς αναψυκτικά και αλκοόλ για τους μεγάλους. Πλούσιοι μπουφέδες και στα τρία γεύματα. Ποτέ δεν είχαμε πρόβλημα να βρούμε αρκετά είδη του γούστου μας στον μπουφέ και κυρίως στο γούστο της κόρης μας που όλοι οι γονείς έχουν άγχος αν θα φάνε τα παιδιά. Minibus του ξενοδοχείου μεταφέρει τους πελάτες σε κοντινές παραλίες αν το επιθυμούν. Μπήκε στα υπόψιν μας και για επόμενη χρονιά.

Πολύ καλο ξενοδοχείο άνετα δωμάτια πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό.Στα μείον είχα all exclusive και χρεώνονται οι κρυοι οι καφέδες.Δηλαδη μέσα στον Ιούλιο σου δίναν δωρεάν τον νές και τον καπουτσίνο.Δουλεματακι δηλαδή κανονικο.Κατα τα άλλα έμεινα πολύ ευχαριστημενος

Μέσω γνωστής πλατφόρμας, κλείσαμε πακέτο all inclusive τεσσάρων ημερών για το Πάσχα. Δυστυχώς τα δωμάτια που μας δώσανε, ήταν κάτω από το εστιατόριο, και ο συνεχής θόρυβος από την μετακίνηση τραπεζιών και καθισμάτων, δεν μας άφηνε να ηρεμήσουμε.Οι μόνες ήσυχες ώρες ήταν μετά τα μεσάνυχτα και μέχρι τις 07,00 το πρωί. Η καθαριότητα των δωματίων ανύπαρκτη, γιατί το ελάχιστο προσωπικό προλάβαινε μόνο να αδειάσει το καλάθι της τουαλέτας. Ποτέ δεν στρώσανε το κρεβάτι, ποτέ δεν αλλάξανε πετσέτες. Όσο για τον μπουφέ, παρά τις φιλότιμες προσπάθειες του εξωθενουμένου προσωπικού, η κατάσταση ήταν απαράδεκτη, με την τεράστια ουρά να περιμένει πολύ ώρα να εξυπηρετηθεί. Σημειωτέον ότι στο εστιατόριο εξυπηρετείτο και η πελατεία διπλανού ξενοδοχείου που δεν παρείχε εστίαση. Δυστυχώς νομίζοντας ότι ήταν λογική η τιμή του πακέτου, χαλάσαμε το Πάσχα μας.

Zimmer entsprach nicht der gebuchten Kategorie, keine Erstattung.
Die All inclusive Versorgung entsprach nicht dem Standard. Soft Getränke waren nicht in Ausreichenden Mengen verfügbar. Keinerlei Service beim Essen, jeden Tag gleiches oder sehr ähnliches Buffet.
Ab 10:00 Uhr abends war alles dunkel, auch die Zimmer, kein Lesen möglich.
Das Service Personal war absolut überfordert.
Zimmerservice reduziert auf Handtuchwechsel.
