Staff are amazing, if you need a night or two stop over ideal.

Great place by the airport. For people on transit it is hard to beat. It gets the job done if that’s all you need. But if you’re looking for someplace to stay more than one night, other venues may be better suited.

What a great place to stay!

Well I put a second person on my room and the next da y she said I didn't and that I had to leave without my money back. The lady at front desk is disrespectful and rude.

They’re good enough for service

Super friendly staff, clean and warm rooms, showers were hot, we were happy for a place to rest our heads.

The main property is clean, convenient and safe. The Annex is terrible. It is separated from the main building and with snow on the sidewalk it is a challenge to carry the luggage two buildings away. The rooms were not cleaned till 5 pm and the garbage bags and dirty towels were in the hallways. The temperature control unit in our room was not working. Very reluctantly we were transferred to the main building. Suggestion : it should be marked on the web page if the room someone is booking is in the Main building (a hotel) or in the Annex.(a motel).

Theresa was amazing. I can for a quick trip to catch an early flight and was traveling alone with my son. I needed to be checked in quickly and Theresa got me in and out of the lobby in record time. The room was clean and overall it was perfect for what I needed. Would come back.

Front desk staff was amazing! So very friendly and professional. The cleaning staff could you use some training. Our mattress cover was showing and it looked like someone vomited or spilled chew spit on it. It was chunky and disgusting. Our bathroom was okay but the door was covered in finger prints and various substances and no drain stopper in the sink. We didn’t feel comfortable touching anything or laying in our bed. I would not stay here again.

The room was nice and staff was great, but limited transportation and noisy occupants brought thw allure down.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. Dirty room, stains on bedsheets, dirty water, and literally spotted a mouse sitting on top of a coffee machine eating creamer.

Good value for money. 24 shuttle was as advertised. Continental breakfast was pretty sparse. Had to walk through slushy snow from front desk to annex building.

Lots of broken stuff like the door handle to the door. Bed sheets were dirty and stains all over the carpet.

Nice, clean, cozy, and a safe area. Some of the rooms in the annex have a beautiful view of the lakehood lake where the sunset shines beautiful hues of color through the window. Most importantly there are zero bugs.
