The room looked very clean and comfortable, but we were bitten and found bed bugs on the second day. It seemed that they had been cleaned before but they kept coming back. The front desk immediately changed the room. Thank you very much! I hope the hotel will pay enough attention and take better measures, such as using anti-insect bed covers and bedding and pillows that can be washed and sterilized at high temperature.

It is a relatively new hotel in the city. It felt relatively quiet after staying for three days. The service staff was very friendly and provided a lot of travel suggestions. Recommended.
