A bad smell, very old! Very bad service attitude! No microwave, intermittent network! Took half an hour to find a public microwave! The carpet 🈶 has a strong foot odor! The waiter does not clean the room!

Hotel was very clean, conveniently located next to a bicycle rental that's very cheap to explore the area. Lake was beautiful as well.

Although the facilities are a bit old, this is still a hotel that makes you feel at home! The staff are attentive and warm, even during the busiest time of breakfast, the waiter always keeps a smile. The food in the restaurant is also great, facing the lake view, a hearty breakfast, a cup of coffee to start the day!

The hotel is located about 5 minutes from the airport and about 15 minutes to downtown--pretty convenient. It is interesting to watch the seaplanes land right in front of the hotel. A shuttle runs 24/7 to the airport, which was nice. The last downtown shuttle returns to hotel at 7:20pm which requires planning to return. The restaurant is very busy in the morning and has a waiting list. The hotel hallways were dirty and not vacuumed the weekend. Hall trash bins were overfull and trash laid around them. The rooms were clean, but did not have a microwave.
