Mala experiencia , fui dos noches y al salir se me quedo un pijama de satin. Llame el mismo dia y siguientes preguntando por mi prenda, sin exito . Estaba absolutamente segura del lugar donde habia quedado. Lamentablemente no me lo devolvieron y nadie respondio en forma responsable por esta situacion. Esto ocurre solo en hoteles chilenos , en el resto del mundo guardan lo que se te pueda quedar y en mi pais , prima la cultura del hurto.

Hotel muy bien ubicado con linda vista al mar en las habitaciones del primer piso. Cómoda y limpia habitación con baño privado que, aunque un poco chica, no era incómoda ni molestaba para nada. Calidez de atención y rico desayuno en la mañana.

Tiene una vista privilegiada del océano y un desayuno muy rico y contundente. El ambiente es muy acogedor, se siente en el personal que atiende y recepciona. La habitación tenía un problema con la puerta que para cerrarla había que empujarla pero son detalles mínimos a la hora de calificar.

Tres belle localisation, chambre en bois, excellent rapport qualité prix . Petit dejeuner copieux. Il a juste été dommage que l’on nous demande de revenir en arrivant á 13 heures 58 car les chambres n’etaient pas données avant 15 heures ce qui ne correspond pas a un horaire habituel

We stayed 3 nights in January - as one of around 15 hotels around Latin America in similar price bracket. Spacious, modern 'scandi-timbered style' rooms, comfy bed. Quiet. Need car as located some kms out of Ancud. Some meal options and bar options available on site, but not full restaurant. Friendly and helpful owner.

Una habitación bastante cómoda y muy bien equipada. Con desayuno incluido bastante bueno... uno podía tomar tecito las veces que uno quisiera porque estaba a mano para poder servirse uno mismo. Muy amables las personas que estaban en recepción, nos guardaron las maletas ese día que fuimos a un tour a primera hora en la mañana (el mismo día que nos ibamos), así que se agradece. Mi pareja se sirvió un milcao relleno con carne, ¡lo amó!. Muchas gracias.
