The payment device at reception didn’t work, the floor in the room was sticky, the walls were damaged, the phone and WIFI didn’t work, at one point there was no running water, people partied LOUDLY in the parking lot until midnight, and the towels had stains on them. Disgusting!

This place reeked of cigarettes and was dirty. Looks like they are trying to remodel but it is done very cheaply. We walked in and walked out it was in such horrible condition. This was at the end of a 4 week 7,000 mile trip and it was the worst place we saw. Even though it was suppose to be non smoking the whole motel smelled of cigarettes!

A friend and I stayed here the first night of our vacation through the area. The room was in fairly good condition. However, the shower leaked quite a bit. It kept running at more than a drip despite our best efforts to get it to stop. The water on the toilet was also turned off by someone (previous guest or hotel worker?), so that was a bit of a surprise when the toilet was first flushed. The beds were fairly comfortable. The check in process was easy. Overall, it was just an okay stay. Hopefully the little issues will be corrected for future guests.

Great value. Rooms appear to be recently renovated. Our room was quite clean. Convenient to interstate. Lots of restaurants in the area as well. At the price, I don't know why you'd stay anywhere else.

Hi, my name is Tim. I was on my way back from Nashville, Tennessee on 03March2022 and needed a place to stay for the night, I've stayed in Hundreds of Hotels/Motels in my lifetime, and I usually plan & book ahead, but on this occasion I did not. So I got off the Exit in Anderson, Indiana and started looking for a Hotel/Motel. I like the Hotels/Motels that you can pull Your car right up to your Hotel/Motel room door. I found this Red Roof Inn and went inside to Inquire. The person in charge that night was Mr. Neil. He was exceptionally courteous & friendly. He offered my room #109 at a Great Price and I gotta tell Ya, It was the Most Perfect Room! Had a Giant King Size Bed and an Awesome big wrap-a desk, and Very Clean! The Bed & Pillows were some of the Most Comfortable I have ever slept on, and the Room Lay-Out was PERFECT!!! I would Recommend this Red Roof Inn to EVERYONE!!!,...and a Huge THANK YOU to Mr. Neil and all the Great folks at Red Roof! --- ONE OF THE GREATEST STAYS EVER!

The hotel is updated and my room was very clean. I was pleasantly surprised. I thoroughly enjoyed speaking with the manager. He was very pleasant and patient with me while I had to take care of an issue.
