We just got back from taking our kids on a couple nights away trip and I must say the rooms are Clean and the AC worked very well . Grab and Go Breakfast was decent and everyone found something.  Lots of Games Outside and pool is small but kids didn't mind . Staff was always helpful.  I had to go down to front desk and purchase a couple of things and while I was waiting my turn this woman was screaming at the girl behind the counter it was awful to witness this type of behavior but she was very rude even outside with other guest . After the crazy lady Ieft I spoke to the young Lady working and told her she was extremely professional and should not have been treated that way . She thanked  me and helped me with whatever I needed the entire stay . Rebecca this Company is so lucky to have you . You were so Helpful with not only my family but with any Guest that needed something.  When Rebecca's shift was over another young lady Shirley came on and she again was Helpful , always greeted us with a smile.  Bravo sonesta you have quite the Staff . Thank you Girls so much for making our trip Amazing . We will be back soon !

When I booked a jr. suite, I misunderstood the description of the suite. Upon check in  we were dismayed to find that it didn’t match what we thought we were getting and we needed more room. The next morning we decided to move to another hotel as we thought the price was too much for what we’re getting. Nancy F couldn’t have been more accommodating and dedicated to getting us the suite we wanted and at the right price. She remained calm in the face of my anxiety ( we had just closed on the sale of our house and are not able to move into our new one yet). She truly went above and beyond, she helped me move to the new room, greeted me by name every time she saw me and just kept up her concern for our well being. As senior citizens, we appreciated her care. Nathan at the front desk was also very friendly and helpful.

We just spent 10 nights there. Great location, staff and rooms. A room had a king size bed, nice bathroom and kitchen. Very quiet. Breakfast was available from 6:30 PM to 9:30  am Very good.. The staff was exceptional. They would go out of your way to meet any of your request. The Wi-Fi is excellent.
