Firstly the staff are wonderful and extremely helpful. My in-laws booked this blindly as an overnight stay en route to our destination and after arriving in the evening I almost immediately began to notice comings and goings both to and from bedrooms by older Korean/Japanese/European men with young ladies. I'm wise enough to know what was going on. Luckily all our children were enjoying the lovely pool area and were oblivious to the nature of things. Whilst the hotel staff are fantastic we think this is a one time stay only for us.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel, rooms are good and spacious. Bathrooms are clean, location is okay and close to walking street, , staffs are friendly and breakfast is good.Peaceful stay, I recommend this hotel for friends and party lover travellers, rooftop pool bar is amazing, food can be improved in Thai restaurant, rest everything is amazing. It is a good hotel located one road behind perimeter street. Pros 1) Walking distance to mini market, jipney station, wet market and food stalls. 2) The entertainment centre is within walking distance. 3) The front desk personnel are very friendly and helpful. 4) Rooms are clean. The room comes with complimentary water, kettle and simple bathroom utilities. 5) Breakfast is simple. Cons 1) The aircon was noisy. However, the housekeeping team quickly changed my room without much fuss. 2) Not many varieties for breakfast. It takes a while to be served (as they cook it fresh 3) The details of visiting guests were not recorded. Perhaps it would be good for the reception to take the details and call the room once the guests leave. 4) The hotel is located on one road behind perimeter street. Felt a bit uncomfortable when walking back late at night to the hotel. 5) Not much TV programme screened Overall, good hotel. Will stay there again.

Cleanliness can be improved, there's a smell, probably from the detergent used to wash bedsheets?
Standard hotel items are provided, toothbrush and toothpaste, body soap and shampoo, but there is a big problem, the shampoo has no way to be opened other than using a scissors or any sharp tools.
Rained heavily and water was splattering on the air con unit causing a large knocking sound, woke up to it around 1am and couldn't sleep afterwards, went and feedback to hotel staff, no questions were asked immediately got changed to an upgraded room
But all and all, it's a budget hotel, so you get what you paid for, so overall it's still satisfactory

The location of the hotel is on the back street of walking street, convenient for 3 minutes walk.
There are many Japanese customers, and it is easy to use even in night play, but there is no elevator, so it is difficult to go back and forth many times on the 3rd floor.
Shower ๐ฟ has hot water, but the pressure is low and the temperature is not very high. The facilities are fussy.
Also, it's cold because there is only one sheet of thin sheets without futons or blankets ๐ฅถ
I wish the air conditioner could be adjusted more, but
Meals, convenience stores and currency exchange are convenient because you can find a store that is open 24 hours a day if you go to Walking Street.

I don't know about the previous review regarding the pool but when we went there water was crystal clear to think the place was packed they made sure it was clean and treated for the safety of their guests, there was a guy going around making sure it was always clean. I really really highly recommend this hotel due to their overall service and easy accessibility to SM Clark, LA Bakeshop (best cheese bread on earth) and other nice places in Angeles/Clark.

I stayed here for 22 nights with my partner and overall, it was a good experience. We stayed in a deluxe king room on the bottom floor. Pros: -comfortable bed -good shower with many shower heads and hand held hose -good location in Balibago close to many good restaurants and karaoke bars -staff are friendly and attentive, special shout out to Cherry for helping me organize flowers on Valentine's Day -easily accessible by car and free parking -the rate is quite cheap, will be hard to find a better hotel for this price in the area -the WiFi was consistently reliable with fast speeds throughout my stay Cons: -despite daily housekeeping, the floor of the room is always dirty, you cannot walk barefoot in the room or your feet will be black with dirt. needs to be mopped with stronger chemicals -the shower needs a deep and thorough clean with stronger chemicals also. housekeeping staff are mopping the floor, but white and black mould accumulate very quickly which poses a health risk. it seems like they're just cleaning the bathroom with basic chemicals or water only -would be much better if the TV was a smart TV so that guests can enjoy Netflix etc, however they did have cable TV -quite often, our access card stopped working every 2-3 days which is inconvenient as we have to go to reception constantly to get it fixed. also, there are 2 of us but they refused to give us 2 room keys. If the small issue with cleanliness of the floors/shower is resolved and this hotel had a smart TV, it would truly transform the hotel to a 5 star experience. Overall, I would stay here again.

It was a nice place but the service needs to improve also the bed size is so mall so if youre 6 footer this hotel may not be the best for you plus theyre not generous on giving complimentary toiletries. They only give good for 1 person but they are well aware that we are 3 in the room.

There are dedicated security guards providing a sense of safety for guests and their vehicles. In house cafeโ: The Cafรฉ Sebastian, with its cozy ambiance and wide array of beverages and snacks, offers a perfect setting for casual meetings or unwinding after a long day. The relaxed atmosphere, coupled with the courteous staff, enhances the experience, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable visit. Room, Bathroom & Amenities: The rooms are comfortable, well-furnished, and equipped with modern amenities. The bathrooms are clean, spacious, and stocked with quality toiletries, ensuring a pleasant stay. GGuest UserOverall a solid stay, good value and convenient location. A few minor issues prevent a 5/5 rating in terms of room condition but everything else was very good. We paid around ยฃ38 / 2500php per night for 5 nights in a 1 bed suite, room H2. Quite a good deal as the room is very spacious and clean, apart from some old makeup stains on the bed cover when we arrived (old ones not fresh ones) All the staff are super friendly and nice, from housekeeping to front desk and security on both day and night shifts. They will always greet you and make sure you are ok, always smiling. Housekeeping available until 6pm and must be requested. You need to leave your key at reception and they even offered to clean my room at 7pm when I called late one time. Sometimes they would call in the evening to check if we wanted housecleaning once they learnt our routine. Parking for around 3x cars right out the front. We always got a spot during our stay but it depends on how full the hotel is. You are about a 5 min walk from the walking street, convenience shops, clubs and restaurants. Just far away from the main strip that it is convenient, but not as noisy. Trike is available nearby if you need transport or you can request the electric golf buggy from front desk. Hotel is small and only has a few rooms so feels more exclusive. On our side of the hotel there is karaoke right under our window, not a problem for us. Depending on how loud your neighbour is when taking part in certain... activities... The soundproofing is generally acceptable. Pool is clean and open from 8am to 10pm. Room H2, external AC unit was a bit noisy and road traffic is audible at all hours of the day but again, this is only minor issues as we are not fussy travellers. Room is clean and has everything you need for medium stays including a kitchenette and full fridge. The main downside is wear and tear. These are small issues if we are being picky, but things like broken cabinets, small cracks on tiles here and there, loose fixtures and fittings in the bathroom prevent me from giving 5*. Everything was working, these are just cosmetic issues and if fixed would result in a 5* rating. Outside walls were being painted when we arrived. Management apologised in advance at check in and it did not ruin our stay. Room service has a nice menu, mango shake was excellent! Room service price was also quite reasonable and not extortionate like some hotels. We would return again in the future and would have extended our stay if our room was still available.

Throughout the process of reservation I was updated reqularly and my special request were seen to ( I am physically challenged ). Upon arrival I was greeted warmly by all including the person entrusted with my luggage. Check-In was smooth and quick and I took advantage of the cash discount. My room 501 was spotless and very functional with a fully stocked and switched on cool fridge. Throughout my stay my room was cleaned reqularly and never once did I have to ask for anything they may have forgotten like towels etc. I enjoyed the balcony for reading purposes. IF however you need complete silence and solitude then I think definitely room 501 and possibly all the rooms facing the pool area should be fitted with double-glazed windows to drown out the excessive noise & shouting from the Korean Restaurant / Club directly behind the pool. This venue seems to fill after 22h30 and continues until 07h30 and the guest do not talk, THEY SHOUT at each other. Its truly excessive noise and on night one it woke me at 03h00 and I could not sleep until after 08h00. In 5 nights this happened three times although night one was the worst. I came very close to ask for an alternative room but chose not to as I did not feel like packing up again. The in-house restaurant caters mostly for carnivores and its the first restaurant that does not serve a fruit platter and the vegan / vegetarian options are very limited resulting in me eating out mostly. The pool attendants were quick & attentive and cleaned quickly after guest left.

TTravel-exotic-PBI enjoyed my stay at Pacific Breeze Hotel and would recommended this hotel to other travellers looking for medium priced accommodation. It is situated extremely close to the popular Walking Street where there are numerous bars and clubs. Itโs close to restaurants and sports bars and if thatโs what you are in Angeles for then you could not be closer. You are also a short walk to the massive SM City Clark Mall, which provides much entertainment and shopping opportunities for the locals and is certainly worth a visit or two. You can also catch the shuttle bus to Manila from the mall, which is very handy. I made use of the hotel gym every day, which is on the roof of the annexed building. Itโs a pretty good gym with enough equipment to keep you busy for an hour. It was mostly quiet in there and the kit is in good shape considering the price bracket of the hotel. I also swam daily in the hotel pool and this is a good size and was cleaned each morning. Great restaurant with healthy sized portions, efficient service and reasonably priced food all served by the lovely pool. There are security guards on each block and they not only did a good job looking after the rooms but it was a pleasure to have a little chat with them each day, discuss whatโs happening, get travel advice and shoot the breeze. When you leave the hotel you need to hand in your key. Shoot the breeze in Pacific Breeze Hotel! All round the staff were pretty friendly which is very much expected in a country known for its friendliness. The girls on the reception desk were very professional and handled all my inquiries effectively. The one feature that ought to be pointed out is the fact that many rooms do not have a window that faces outside. So my room for instance did have a window but it looks out into the corridor of the ground floor. Now this is odd really and in the future should I ever head back to Angeles City I would happily stay at this hotel again but would request a window facing the outside. I need sunlight, a view, a peek at the weather and having the curtain always drawn felt odd. But all round this is a great hotel. It has a certain energy and character about it that I suppose may be brought about by its location to walking street. One cannot ignore the fact that many guests may be in that area to enjoy the delights of Walking Street and all it has to offer. This does not put me off but adds to the entertainment and character of this hotel. I will stay again if I ever find myself back in the city.

We had a problem with the PentHouse Hotel we were staying at earlier (see another review), so we abandoned our reservation and moved to this nearby hotel. Agoda reservation, less than 5kJPY. The location is the strongest. Just a little bit from the middle of WS. The room is spacious because it is second only to the suite. However, rather than being spacious, it feels like it's really wide, and the space isn't being used effectively. โโโ, so it might be something like that. The lighting is a little weak, as other reviewers have said. However, even hotels with more stars in Vietnam have weaknesses, so it may be a Southeast Asian thing. wifi is ok. I didn't feel stressed for too long, but sometimes it cuts off abruptly. But it will recover soon. NHK is good for those who are in an environment where they cannot watch Japanese TV. There are two convenience stores in the vicinity that are extensions of Yorozuya. One is open very late. No JF, which is normal here, but there was no ID check either. It may be about here and Red Planet where you can enter the room without passing through. On the other hand, people who enter are constantly watched by women such as aunts, so it is relatively safer than the previous hotel. There is a safe. Only one point, the reason why it couldn't be โโโโ. The water pipe is old, and the water that comes out has a very iron smell. Faucet and shower. It may cost a lot of money, but I want you to improve this point as soon as possible. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to try the adjacent restaurant. However, it was crowded every night with Westerners who were picky about taste and cost, so it was probably delicious. I want to try it next time.

GGuest UserThis was my first time making a reservation on agora or *********** and things turned out rather nicely. I made the reservation for my girlfriend and I to do something different. I went the day prior to ensure things were ok and everything was good to go. Check in the next day was to begin at 4:00pm. I arrived at 4:35 and my room wasnโt ready until about 4:50โฆthat is the only complaint I have. Charmaine and the other young ladies at the front desk were very professional and courteous, with a great sense of humor. I stayed in Room 508 and have no complaints about the room. Check out was flawlessโฆI would definitely book this hotel again!

EEiselleLuckwotcheraIf you want to feel youre in Bangla Road, Phuket Thailand, you can just come to Angeles City where they have Walking Street. Stayed for 5days in Rishan, closed to grocery marts and Sm Clark. They clean your room daily if you want and staff are accommodating. Some cooking utensils you need like strainer, can opener, tongs are those they dont have. But you can buy somewhere on the other side. Aside from that, everything is fine. We enjoyed staying at Rishan Residence, as if youre at home, I love cooking ans I cooked for my hubby everyday ๐
๐ฅฐ. My friends who were living around also visited us and we went to a live band that we had to drive for few minutes and went kareoke. We also went to Skyranch Pampanga to enjoy outside.

TTom HBooked the hotel via Hotels.com 8 days of relaxing. Nice pictures on the website, so was really looking forward to the stay. Omg, i dont know when thoose pictures where taken, but i dont beleave it was from this century. The room was excactly like a prisoncell, green emty walls, no balcony or terrace, just the room with highly placed windows. The pool located in the centre of the prisonyard, sorry hotelyard was in desperate need of water and the area around it looked like a wilderness of leaves. 8 days in this place was more than i could stand for, but lucky for me, Hotels.com cancelled my remaining booking, a thing they was not obligated to do, so thanks to them. It was not all bad. The staff was extremely friendly and did what ever they could to make me happy, sorry to say this was an impossible task, but they really tried. Ofcourse i had to take a taxi to center, since this hotel i placed in the middle of nothing.

GGuest UserThere is no breakfast, there is a small swimming pool, the location is a certain distance from the pedestrian street, but not far away, it is too noisy to live in the pedestrian street, the suites are actually opened up two downstairs and downstairs, it is good !!
