Hotel tres bruyant .. tondeuse a 8h du matin et 21h ..la direction n'a d'attention que pour les Golfeurs .
J'ajoute le bruit "etrange" de la climatisation et l'absence de bouteille d'eau offerte dans les chambres ..A 4 euros la demi bouteille de badoit on evite le mini bar.
Petit dejeuner en chambre , 2 euros l'oeuf dur !!
L'equipe de la reception ont fait leur maximum mais elles ne sont pas aider .

Personnel très accueillant et hôtel très bien situé.
L’hôtel équipé du terrain de golf renvoie une très belle image.
Quelques bémols, la piscine et le jacuzzi étaient un peu vieillot, plusieurs traces d’usures apparentes.
La chambre était spacieuse et le lit confortable, mais la salle de bain avait quelques traces de vétusté.
Dans l’ensemble c’était un bon séjour dans un hôtel sympa.

Bon hôtel situé dans le golf et résidence de Chiberta à Anglet. Hôtel dans la verdure qui dispose d’une piscine. À proximité de la plage de l’Ocean. Les chambres sont spacieuses et disposent d’une petite terrasse. Un endroit agréable pour séjourner. Mérite un petit coup de rafraîchissement sur les parties communes de la partie résidence.

Certes, cet hôtel est très bien placé, proche des plages et au milieu d'un magnifique golf, l'endroit est très calme, la bâtisse centrale assez belle et cossue. Malheureusement, les prestations des chambres ne sont pas au niveau : nous avons eu une chambre assez petite. Le lit était également assez petit avec une couette très épaisse alors qu'il faisait excessivement chaud ET que la clim marchait très mal : la bouche, assez bruyante, donnait directement sur le lit, ce qui était très désagréable. De plus, elle s'arrêtait constamment. Nous l'avons signalé, un technicien est venu mais ça n'a pas réglé le problème. Il faisait tellement chaud que nous avons très mal dormi pendant nos 2 nuits ce qui, vu les tarifs, ne nous a pas enchantés du tout. Wifi également très poussif, comme l'ensemble. Pas de machine à café/thé non plus, mais c'est un détail.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questa struttura. I punti decisamente positivi sono: 1) la posizione (sul campo da golf e a 500 m dalla spiaggia e dalla passeggiata) in una zona molto bella; 2) il personale molto attento e cortese, dalla reception alla piscina esterna (non siamo stati alla spa); 3) la piscina esterna di 25m che permette delle belle nuotate. Avevamo prenotato una camera duplex (divano letto e letto matrimoniale) che si è rivelata al di sotto delle aspettative. Arredamento “cheap” e non all’altezza di un 4stelle, divano letto molto scomodo, poca luminosità, moquette, problema in bagno. Durante il soggiorno ci era stata proposta un’altra camera con 2 veri letti (senza divano letto), che però presentava altri inconvenienti. Non escludiamo di tornarci, ma opteremmo per due doppie piuttosto che la duplex. La colazione non vale i 16 EUR richiesti.
