YOU HAVE TO CALL. “LATE ARRIVAL” We arrived at 7:00 p.m.!!!!! It is under this pretext that he allows himself to speak to us as unwelcome people, late!!!! What nerve!!! We checked again, the hotel reception until 9 p.m.!!!!!!!!! I am extremely angry at having made this reservation, the price is exorbitant in view of the quality of service!!! The rooms are clean, only quality...but far from the idea that we can give ourselves in the advertising photos. Gentlemen, Ladies, no access for people who cannot use the stairs because the elevator is supposedly broken... As for the noise, no soundproofing, we hear the vibrator from the neighboring room, and not talking about the passage in the corridor... Impossible to sleep peacefully here, it's a shame! My company had two nights at this establishment. I had already been there personally and I hoped that Brit'Hôtel had changed the manager! Well no, he's still the same haughty and aggressive guy when you have the misfortune of asking for an invoice. It's even getting worse and worse. I don't understand why he runs this hotel. He is unfriendly and disrespectful to his customers.

Hôtel très moyen, à ne rien y comprendre sur les critères du nombre d’étoiles distribué … Suite à un changement d’emploi du temps de dernière minute, je dois quitter ANGOULEME après avoir passé une seule nuit au lieu des 2 prévues initialement. La chambre de la seconde nuitée n’est pas remboursée, je le comprend. En revanche les petits déjeuners pour 2 personnes, que l’on m’a demandé de payer à l’arrivée, directement à l’hôtel, ne le sont pas non plus … et là, j’avoue que ça me laisse dubitative … un manque sérieux de sensibilité commerciale …
