É uma boa hospedagem, tendo em vista estar localizado bem próximo a região central. A área de lazer é muito agradável, com piscinas borda infinita e aquecida. Um bom bar. Café da manhã bom. O restaurante é sofrível, não dá pra fazer as demais refeições no local, é urgente que se melhore a qualidade dos profissionais de cozinha.
Se você não se importar de sair pra almoçar ou jantar em outros locais, no geral é uma boa hospedagem.

A infraestrutura do hotel é perfeita, piscinas, academia, área de lazer, tudo muito limpo e conservado. Tem um pier no hotel e todos os nossos passeios de lancha foram me buscar ali, comodidade total. Não precisei me deslocar de carro pela cidade em momento algum. Ao lado do hotel tem um shopping bacana, 350 metros apenas, fomos a pé todos os dias a noite passear lá, é super seguro.

Boa localização, bem próximo ao Cais de Santa Luzia. Atendimento excelente dos recepcionistas. Dependências do hotel como quarto, elevadores e piscina muito bem conservados. A piscina é linda e com uma vista maravilhosa. Para quem sente mais frio, a piscina aquecida faz diferença. Vários locais "instagramáveis" no hotel.

Área de lazer muito boa e agradavel, as piscinas são maravilhosas e o horário de funcionamento excelente pois vai até as 22h
No entanto, o quarto, que foi o mais simples, deixou um pouco a desejar. Outro ponto q poderia ser melhor, é ter um serviço de quarto mais cedo, e tem somente após as 22h ou vc precisa se locomover até o bar da piscina caso não queira jantar no buffet do restaurante.

The hotel reminded me of a small resort which was nice. They have security at the entrance which makes you feel safe. The pool area was my favourite part, very beautiful view. There’s a shopping mall in walking distance which was very convenient.

Un quattro stelle in Brasile…Avevamo prenotato una suite con camera doppia, letti molto comodi, bella doccia e balcone con una vista fantastica, peccato che gli aspetti positivi si fermino qui…la pulizia era approssimativa, dalle foto c’era una cucina, che poi consisteva solo in un piccolo frigo, un lavello e tanti pensili vuoti (solo 2 bicchieri a disposizione), certo hanno un ristorante nella struttura, ma dopo la prima sera abbiamo capito che era meglio evitare, peccato che se non hai una macchina nei dintorni non ci sia nessun ristorante buono, per cui abbiamo comprato pane e formaggio al supermercato …divano scomodo, colazione deprimente, piscina molto bella a vedersi, ma a giugno fredda. In realtà avevano una parte riscaldata, ma sembrava sfuggirgli il concetto che una piscina frequentata da molte persone va pulita quotidianamente, per cui, vista l’acqua torbida e piena di capelli e peli, abbiamo evitato. Il prezzo, però, è quello di un quattro stelle.
