GreenTree Inn Hotels in Suzhou

The location of the hotel is good, and it is convenient to eat nearby. I booked a single room and it was a bit crowded, which is understandable. But when I lifted the quilt, I saw two extremely long strands of Southern French hair under the quilt, which made me instantly feel sick. I called the front desk and a guy came up and took a look. He said that the cleaning staff was not attentive and pinched the hair away. Without any indication, even if you change a room for me or give me a breakfast coupon, I won’t care. Really disappointed, I will never stay there again! Also, the sewer in the bathroom is not smooth. After taking a shower for a few minutes, the floor of a room is full of water! So angry!

Stayed here for a night while on a cycle trip. The room itself was quite nice, clean although a bit worn. The room was on the second floor just above a busy bbq restaurant, so was a bit noisy in the evening. Breakfast was the typical for a hotel in China, vegetables, steamed buns, boiled eggs and porridge etc. Price was good.

The room is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, the bed is very comfortable, the front desk service is warm and intimate, the travel is convenient, the overall experience is very good, the stay is very comfortable, it is recommended to stay

The lobby is clean and tidy, the service attitude is good, and breakfast is provided. The room is large, the ventilation effect is good, and the air conditioning is good and sufficient. I am very satisfied overall. I will come again next time. I give it a thumbs up
