It’s a nice place to come to as a couple or with kids. Driving distance to some hiking cites. Lack of European food is the only disadvantage for foreigners.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel is gorgeous, the location to the Hello Kitty Park cannot be beat and the breakfast was delectable. My biggest praise goes to the staff! They are the most professional and welcoming people that we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Every single member of the staff from housekeeping to the concierges are incredible. It was truly a remarkable 3 day experience. 🌹🌹

The hotel's exterior design is elegant, like a castle, with a corridor on the second floor leading directly to the park; the rooms are clean and bright; the breakfast has a rich variety, and there are cartoon tableware for children; the hotel is full of Hello Kitty elements, suitable for family travel; the service staff are very friendly.

The only girl at the front desk said she was too busy. I didn't know that breakfast was also divided into different levels this time. The breakfast place for guests on the 6th and 7th floors was different from that for guests on other floors. Of course, the room rate was also different. I felt bad while understanding it. It was very capitalist. In addition, Ctrip, can you be a human being? Two adults and one child (6 years old) actually asked me to book two rooms? ! The hotel clearly has the standard of one room for two adults and one child (breakfast is also for two adults and one child). I was a little disgusted.

After all, it has been in business for so many years, the facilities in the room are a bit old, and the sanitary condition is probably acceptable. The color scheme of the theme room will look better if the lights are not turned on (only during the day). Although it is a themed room, maybe because of the summer, some of the previously themed elements are gone, such as Hello Kitty soap, Hello Kitty bags, etc. Others are basically there, such as dolls, badges, slippers, pajamas, and towels. etc. all have thematic elements. It's okay to bring children to the theme park. The IP role-playing is quite good. They performed outside in the hot weather and were very dedicated.
