多花錢定了套房，想房間應該是舒適的。度假村外觀環境是可以的，還有小動物樂園，房間面積是還可以。但是！！！房間的過道燈根本關不掉，十分影響睡眠！打了電話到前台也説關不掉，態度還不好！叫我自己用東西遮擋光線，而且房間卧室竟然是百葉窗，早上六點不到陽光就刺進來！直接把人給亮醒！一個晚上根本沒怎麼休息好。真的像來軍訓一樣。飄窗上面休息區也臟的很。與一千多的價格，根本不符合。大家避雷！！！！

酒店管家潘可琴鄭春梅服務挺好。入住幫忙升級房型，陽台有個大的靠背。入住房卡忘帶，還有離酒店發現鞋子忘帶了，聯繫管家都能幫忙處理，這點還挺方便。酒店溯溪咖啡，漢服體驗，萌寵體驗也挺好。就是酒店裡麪的車有時候攔下來的時候，司機和你説目的地就在前面，感覺五分鐘以內的路程好像不樂意帶。還有有點比較奇怪的一點，萌寵體驗擼貓管工作人員説不可以抱貓咪，摸貓咪的時候不可以那樣摸，這對於喜愛貓咪的小孩也蠻糾結的，擼貓那邊規矩還挺多的，後面萌寵樂園還開着，擼貓館又閉館了，也不太清楚他開館時間。
