上一次入住感受不錯，再次入住但是這一次體驗實在不佳。
1，住在二樓的房間熱到爆炸，沒有冷氣，開窗➕風扇，一個晚上小朋友單衣睡覺渾身濕透。真的太熱了！！！
2，酒店的水壺不行，燒水發現水壺太臟了，酒店服務人員説是水垢問題，更換了新水壺，確實用純凈水也是有一層臟東西的樣子。如果是客觀問題也請解決一下更換水壺品類，臟臟的東西真的不行的。
3，餐廳沒有上一次來味道好，價格不算很低，但前一天晚上點了蘆筍山葯蝦仁竟然是糊的，燒糊的味道明顯的。
4，小朋友騎自行車座位太高，工作人員好像業務不太熟練，然後也是拿出螺絲工具直接交給我們自己調整，上一次是由服務人員調整好。
以上不足普通酒店的話並非不能接受，但三千➕的房價不應該的。當然酒店環境服務人員的態度還是不錯的，小朋友也算開心，但短期內是不會再來了。

到了柏翠酒店，彷彿回到了寧靜而自然的家。酒店坐落在一片稻田之中，提供了一個極佳的私密空間，搭配精緻的庭院微景觀，每一個角落都是令人百看不厭的美景。走進房間，日系風格很明顯，內部設計温馨舒適，純木材質與和式紙窗相得益彰，讓人感到無比放鬆。坐在私人庭院裏，耳邊都是田野間的鳥鳴，無比愜意，加上前台的管家式服務，堪稱完美！

一家小型精品酒店，衹有18間客房加5間別墅，非常安靜，一進酒店，彷彿進入了室外桃源，周圍羣山環抱，大片的竹林茶園，酒店內還有一大片金黃色的稻田，風景如畫。
酒店房間寬敞，設施一流，客房洗漱用品是帕爾馬之水，音響是B&O, 抽紙衞生紙是得寶最厚款，一點不輸國際奢華酒店。
酒店餐廳食材新鮮，品質高，味道很好。
首次入住，超出我們預期，入住體驗非常滿意。
