剛退房，酒店非常棒。
剛預訂房間時，酒店管家便與我們聯繫，房間可以加小童圍欄，因為我們帶了小朋友，管家與我們確認好各種細節。
我們住了2天，很舒服，服務跟得上，每一位工作人員碰到你都會微笑着對你打招呼。
晚上也可以點外賣，接駁車會送到門口。管家小逸服務到位，有任何事情給他發微信就行了。
我們住了2天，今天起不來給管家小逸發微信，給我們早餐打包，如圖所示。
酒店設施也是比較新，來度假的，閉眼下單吧。

暑假的尾巴上帶娃再出來遊玩一下。在辦理入住酒店的時候，酒店給小朋友送上了熊貓娃娃禮物，小朋友很開心。入住期間酒店有免費接駁車，出行非常方便。雲峯餐廳用餐口味還不錯，入住有100元代金劵抵扣，性價比很高。酒店環境非常清幽，房間衞生很乾凈。特別要提的是酒店的工作人員，無論是前台接待還是客房服務都非常熱情，服務體驗感拉滿。回家後發現遺漏物品，聯繫酒店後，還給免費寄回。

酒店坐落位置還算方便，高速下來沒多久就到了。整體環境不錯，硬件配備不能和五星級酒店比但也一應俱全。特別出彩的是酒店服務，從前期溝通到入住到退房，不論管家還是前台或是餐廳服務人員乃至接駁車人員，真的每一位都很好，需求響應也很迅速，看得出是用心主動在做服務。值得一提的是入住前順口問詢酒店有無嬰兒水，入住後酒店特意去買了三瓶送到房間。
