老客户了，基本上需要住宿了，都在他家住，前台屈姐姐人特別好，幾乎是有求必應，情商也很高，笑容特別治癒人心，房間水壓挺大的，熱水來的也很快，總體感覺還不錯

去漢濱初中考試來這住了一晚，不得不説如家neo酒店服務設施做的很好也考慮的很周全，房間打掃很乾凈沒有異味，前台和保潔阿姨態度認真十分熱情有求必應，設施全都是一次性的，包括刷牙的一次性水杯也是用塑封膜給封起來了很不錯，中間反饋了一次洗完澡對沐浴露過敏及時處理給我拿了幾衹其他品牌的沐浴露和洗髮膏，做事很認真及時。可惜當時時間着急沒來記得拍照片，我個人感覺比星程酒店要做的好體驗更舒適。
