Good service and comfy room But Poor wifi, location is with bad public transport that I have to take taxi to everywhere

I would rate most of the things are fair and normal as a hotel.

Good clean hotel. The room service food was a big let down and extremely over priced. I would stay here again. But avoid the room service food

Perfect location, great staff service hotel was clean, Staff service was on point everything from checkin, room service, house keeping and restaurant. Front office was quite accommodating for longest days went out of their way to accommodate every request. Will certainly suggest to friends and family and continue to stay here each time in Ankara

The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, the door is very thick, so the sound insulation is very good! The variety of breakfast is so rich. There is also original honey. The attitude of the service staff is also good. Just be careful when you take a taxi. Taxi gangs form groups to do business

When we arrived at the entrance of the hotel on a rainy day, there was no waiter to carry the luggage, and the car could not be parked at the entrance. We had to drag our luggage to the hotel in the rain. After checking in, the front desk gave the room card to the porter, which is to let the porter earn a tip, and finally we gave a tip of 20 lire.

Instead of checking in at 14.00 according to the rules of the hotel, they checked in at 15.00, referring to the unavailability of the room, while the hotel was empty. The staff apologized, but on duty, without a clear sense of guilt. The rooms are dirty, the walls are shabby. The location is good, close to everything you need.
