The Green Park Ankara Oteli'nde kaldığım süre boyunca oda imkanlarından ve hizmetlerinden çok memnun kaldım. Kaldığım odanın boyutları, konumu ve manzarası çok iyiydi. Odanın temizliği de kaldığım dört gün boyunca düzenli olarak yapıldı. Özellikle kat hizmetleri görevlileri çok nazikti ve isteklerimi kısa süre içinde yerine getirdi. Daha önceki konaklamalarıma göre otelin çok daha düzenli olduğunu gözlemledim. Sabun, şampuan gibi ürünlerin dışında odada tıraş seti ve diş fırçası seti verilmesi çok yerinde olmuş. Önceki kaldığım dönemlerde diğer konukların gürültülerinden ve dışarıdaki gürültülerden çok rahatsız olmuştum. Bu sefer böyle bir gürültü işitmedim veya herhangi bir rahatsızlık hissetmedim. Oteldeki çalışanların da eskisine göre daha ilgili olduğunu hissettim. Daha önceki gelişlerimde de en çok kahvaltısından memnun kalmıştım. Bu sefer, öğlen verilen yemekleri ve tatlıları da tatma fırsatım oldu. Otelde sunulan yemekler gayet lezzetli ve çeşitliydi. Tüm çalışanlara teşekkür ediyorum.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL THERE IS NO LIFE SAFETY! Someone tried to get into our room in the middle of the night and the hotel didn't even bother to send a security and also staff is rude and they argue with their customers instead of helping them out. Rooms smells like sewage, no sound isolation so it's impossible to sleep. Can guvenligi olmayan, musterilerine saygisi olmayan musterisine kotu davranan musterisiyle ikili diyolaglara giren bir otel. Sakin kalmayin! Gece 02:30 civarinda cok sert bir sekilde kapimiz caldi, terdigin bir sekilde uykudan uyandik hemen resepsiyonu aradik ve kendileri guvenlik cagiracaklarini soylediler biz de hemen konuyla ilgili bilgi vermelerini rica ettik fakat ne guvenlik geldi ne de tarafimiza bilgi verildi. Sabah konuyla ilgili resepsiyona sikayette bulunduk aldigimiz cevap saka gibiydi; sizi uyandirmamak icin haber vermedik. Yani diger bir degisle konuyla ilgilenmedik ne haliniz varsa gorun. Hem musterinizin can guvenligini koruyamiyorsunuz, hem otel yol gecen hanına donmus hem de piskin piskin cevaplar. Ya kapı kilitli olmayip odamiza girilseydi? Bu yasananlar asla kabul edilemez bir durum. It was sketchy.

The room is large, with plenty of light and air conditioning. It has a desk and a sofa. It is very comfortable to live in. The hotel can provide three meals and drinks. It is about a 45-minute drive from the airport.

pluses: -Relevant friendly staff -central location -clean sheets and covers missing: -Water was flowing from the ceiling in the toilet onto the utensils. -The parking lot was full. We parked on the minus fifth floor and there is no elevator going directly down there. You need to go from the staff area. -We went to the room in the evening and the card did not work. We had to go downstairs again with our belongings, explain the situation and get a new card. -One of the covers used for decoration on the bed was torn, had cigarette marks on it, and it was obvious that it had not been washed due to its smell. -the chair was not comfortable at all for long use

I didn't like it at all, it was neglected. There is insufficient staff. The pool and spa are very bad, the service is terrible

I often stay here. I booked it yesterday. I have to go somewhere else in the evening. I can't change the time. It's very troublesome.

The location is great, close to everywhere. The employees are very professional and caring. The breakfast is superb. The room ***et clean. We were very pleased.

I made a reservation 1 week in advance for the wrong date. I canceled but the hotel management was not helpful. The company did not provide a refund either. That's why my comment is 0 due to the hotel management's unresolved approach and the company not giving refunds.

Advantages: Two kilometers from the bus station. But taking a taxi is looked down upon by the driver who waits for two hours. Disadvantages: ①WiFi is almost useless ②Breakfast is not suitable for Chinese stomachs and there are few varieties. ③The service is a bit slow and the hardware is a bit old.
