In the case of this hotel, you might want to consider it if you don't like the classic style (a bit old-fashioned). This hotel has relatively large rooms and good basic features for the price.

The decoration of the hotel is very good, it is very similar to the name, a palace-style hotel, very luxurious and grand. The room is large, the service is very good, and the breakfast is rich. It's not far from the client's company where I'm on a business trip. It's very convenient. I really enjoyed my stay and it was a very satisfying experience.

I highly recommend this hotel for people who have an appointment at Vfs global Center. The atmosphere of the hotel was perfect especially the unique traditional architecture. I would like to thank one of the receptionists , whose name was Ramezan,He understands and speaks English fluently which is rare in most hotels in Turkey, he helped me a lot during my stay at Merya hotel.

Well it was a great hotel experience for me. Design, ambiance, cosy atmosphere and classic palace design. Nice gym and swimming pool. Delicious meals. On the other hand staff were amazing, helpful and business focus. Thank you entire team

I think Americans do expect a different level of facility and service than non-Americans. For starters, my room at night got to 27.5 Celsius. I called the front desk, and there was no English speaker to help. So I "slept" or tried to sleep in a really hot room. The thermostat wouldn't let it get past 24.5 Celsius which is about 76 Ferinheit. I think by America standards that is not a typical room temperature, especially for a hotel. In the morning, at 9:00 AM actually I had my host explain to the front desk, in Turkish that my room was hot, and the thermostat doesn't work. They said they'd address it. I return at 5:00 PM. Nothing has changed, and room still not cleaned, in spite of leaving the light on for cleaning. Still hot. Back to the front desk. Very hard time explaining to the staff. They said it would be an hour before they can fix the AC. I have a 7:00 dinner, and I'd like to do some work, and freshen up. Really annoying. Then you can add it is a non smoking room that smells exactly like smoke. The room has 1 towel, and no wash cloth. That's annoying. The bed is hard too. The lobby bar is not really staffed, and they don't speak English either. That's fine, I am in Turkey, but it is left without staff more than it has staff. There is a 27 inch TV too, which is weird. Either have a TV big enough to see, or don't. A little TV is more annoying then not having one at all. The hotel is safe, and clean. I can't see staying here or recommending it.

The staff of the hotel were awesome and very accommodating. They were always ready to give a helping when the need arises. Infact, one of the staff borrowed me his praying mat. The breakfast was awesome. My quality of the hotel room is top-notch. Infact, it is one of the best that I have ever stayed in throughout my trips around the world.

Everything was perfect and I will suggest this hotel to anybody planning to go to ankara. The food was perfect and the room was perfect and also receptionist helped me a lot with whatever question I had

Ailemle birlikte üç gece kaldım. Her gün odamız temizlendi, minibarımız yenilendi. İsteklerimizi memnuniyetle karşıladılar. Kahvaltı ve akşam yemekleri lezzetliydi. 15. katta manzarası çok güzel bir restoran var ama şu an tadilattaymış tadilattan sonra kahvaltı ve diğer öğünler de bu restoranda servis edilecek iş, bir dahaki konaklamamızda deneyeceğiz

Excellent hotel, clean, spacious rooms, lots of contents. Staff extremely helpful, kind and thoughtful about every detail (even checking up on guests if anything needed).

İt was a great stay and experience i had with my family at meyra palace felt like palace experience from entrance of lobby till the end if my visit . Has a huge spa inside wiht indoor swimming pool, fitnes area and a salt room which you feel mentally comfort. Staff was amazing and helpful. Thank you.
