Good service, Clean room, Confort and silience.

The front desk was very welcoming. I accidentally left something at the hotel. The staff helped solve the problem and finally sent it to the next hotel smoothly. Very nice service.

The hotel was clean and nice. The service was good. The bathroom was nicely arranged. The location of the hotel was comfortable with traffic. It is a suitable location for Ankara Bilkent City Hospital.

The room is very satisfactory and the hot water is good. It is recommended to drive here to stay.

The facilities are very good, but I didn't expect it to be a bit remote. It is on the edge of a small town, and the shopping mall at the back has not yet opened for business. There is an ATM next to it, which is very convenient. Of course, if you are on a business trip and are close to your clients, you can choose. Local meals are very cheap, but the current location is a bit too desolate.

가격대비 만족하지는 않았습니다. 호텔에 시설이 뭐가 없어유.. 침구류는 매우 깔끔하고 호텔이 낡지 않았습니다. 룸서비스 음식이 맛이 없었습니다. 트립닷컴에서 사우나가 있다고 나와있어서 갔는데 실제로는 사우나가 없더라구요. 너무 아쉬웠습니다. 캐나다에서 힐튼호텔을 갔었는데 저는 전반적으로 힐튼호텔이 가격대비 별로더라구용.

Hilton markası altında DoubletreebyHilton’lara güvenerek gidiyordum ancak bu konaklama tam bir hüsrandı. Oda servisi ve personel ilgisi iyi ama havlular yeterli değil, kahvaltıdaki ürünlerin tazeliği şüphe içerisinde bıraktı, mini barın boş olması bu konaklamamda keyif almamı engelledi.

Honestly, it's not Hilton quality at all zero welcome and zero professionalism also I had a bad experience in my room light fell from the ceiling and I haven't gotten any phone call or note from management. I gave my feedback on the checkout still nothing! This accident cause a very bad morning shock felt like an earthquake happened! Breakfast is more terrible It looks like2-3 star hotel quality is definitely not Hilton-level! It's wasted my first day and night!

Perfect hotel, it was clear and safe!! And all the income you pay is going to a foundation which is use for blood cancer! It was very important for us! Employees are good-humoured! We enjoyed every second of our stay, thanks!

Excellent staff, great rooms, cleanliness, access great for disabled person, great food. All in all a great place to stay for doing business in Ankara.
