Bathroom really old and dirty and bath leaking. When the water runs, black stuff come out, it's gross. Except for this, everything else is good : comfortable and big room, minutes away from Anitkabir and the train station, nice staff...

Good location and very near to the metro station. Staff is very helpful and nice. Room is spacious and comfortable. Recommend this hotel.

I will truly rate Esila as 5 star hotel and recommend it further. I enjoyed my 4 days stay and was wonderful experience. The hotel was overall cleaned, wide rooms, western breakfast, good staff and service. Good job and thankyou.

The guy at the front desk is very enthusiastic. Although the room is a bit old, it is overall clean. There is a subway downstairs (although I always take a taxi when I go out 😂). The only thing worth complaining about is that I live on the 7th floor, and the wifi in the room is too bad🙃

Staff took very good care of it. There was a lot of noise at night from the next room, of course, this was not a problem with the hotel, it was a problem with the people there. The cleaning issue was unfortunately not good at all. The bathroom was clogged, the floors had not been wiped. The bottom of the bed was full of garbage. In a super location. It's very close to everywhere.

The rooms were dirty and stank of cigarettes. A very unpleasant stay. We were not satisfied and could hardly sleep.

It can be called a price-performance hotel in terms of breakfast, location and staff attention. For these reasons, it may also be preferred. However, although we requested a non-smoking room, the room we stayed in had a strong cigarette smell. I think there are probably other rooms too. Unfortunately, I won't use it again because of the smell.

It is a hotel with a good location and cleanliness, but I cannot say the same about service.

Good location close to train station, room was quiet. Breakfast choice was good but no fruit juice or water to drink. Only street parking is available

Good location, reception staff was very helpful. However, there was NO coffee with the morning breakfast, neither was there any juice. Also, on 2 days we were told there was no water bottles at breakfast table.

Great location 2 stops off from Ataturk Blvd. Clean and comfortable at a very reasonable price. Wonderful kebab place opposite the hotel.

The hotel front disk staff is friendly however the room is dusty, the water comes brown and the bedsheets are dirty.

I stayed for 1 night, there were only two problems that I want to talk about: 1st. There was no internet in my room when I asked the reception they said it's because crowded. 2nd. The walls have not soundproof, so I can hear all the neighbor's voices.
