Fiyatı hotel genel konforuna göre çok yüksek.. Hatta gereksiz pahalı diyebilirim..

The price is very high compared to the general comfort of the hotel.. I can even say that it is unnecessarily expensive..

Ekstra hizmetlerin fiyatları güncel olması gerekir. Ödemeyi yaparken farklı fiyatla karşılaşmak hiç hoş değil. Bunun dışında herşey mükemmele yakındı.

Excellent facilities. Great gym. Friendly and helpful staff. Several staff members spoke English. Breakfast was great and worth including in the purchase.

due to Covid-19 the gym and spa were closed, so I cannot comment on the hotel's facilities. Also, the buffet for breakfast were closed and they served breakfast in wrapped plates, Jambobs, cheese, jam, etc. It was OK but not great. The service was good. the receptionists could speak English fluently and they helped me to find my way around the city and made a copy of few documents that I needed. The wifi speed and availability in the whole hotel was great.   also the safe in the room was big enough for my 16 inch laptop.  Loved the shower as well. I had a nice view on 11th floor.   In general, my stay was satisfactory.

October 2021 - one night stay during bus tour of Turkey. Comfortable hotel, clean, good for overnight stay. Room is small but well appointed and bathroom was tiny. Safe did not work. Slow service in lobby lounge for chai and wine. Really enjoyed the food service in the rooftop buffet. Normally hate buffets, but staff controlled the guests self serve by enforcing mask, sanitation, and serving glove use. Food was excellent quality and exceeded our expectations as most stops on tour were so-so dining quality. Friendly staff.

Its the best hotel in Ankara even better than sheraton and hilton , the rooms are very clean and hotel is very new , hotel service are very good and staff can speak english well and are very  helpful , each 2 monthes we come to Ankara we go to this hotel and i can tell  every one this is most clean hotel with best breakfast in Ankara  . The shopping center is just 15 minutes walk from hotel
