The bed is relatively comfortable. The front desk can adjust the location of the room according to your needs. However, the toiletries are disposable in small bottles. The room will not be cleaned unless there is a need for room cleaning. The breakfast is self-service, which is a little simpler.

The staff was very nice. When we arrived and our room did not have the suite with the tub so they gave us a discount to upgrade to the larger room. Breakfast was excellent both mornings.

This is a good value for the price. The room was clean, with slight dated furniture. Breakfast included yogurt, cereal, toast, omelette, potatoes and sausage both days. The waffle maker was fun. This appeared to be a safe neighborhood. Some other hotels, office and apartments around. It is located right next to another hotel and that had some folks outside below my window Sat pm. If you don’t have a car other than a Wendy’s 10 min walk away you will need to get a ride probably to other food or shopping. Staff was friendly.

Stayed one night. Beds, bathroom and room was clean. Carpet worn in spots. All in all not a bad stay. Would stay again.

I am a Hilton Honors member and this happened to me. Tried to book with them a month ago online when my father went into the hospital and the website screwed it up so I called and the nightly rate went up. Booked with them for my father's funeral online and it booked me for two nights instead of the 5 I needed and scheduled me for the end of May instead of next week. I called and it was straightened out, and the rate went up. After the first call to fix my reservation I was told i should have booked online for the cheaper rate and they apologized because they knew there was a glitch in their website. Same thing this time. When I called to complain they hung up on me when I asked why I should remain a Hilton Honors member and use Hilton hotels every again.
I'm keeping the reservation because of my father's funeral, after this trip I'm canceling my Hilton Honors membership and will never use Hilton again!
