While the rooms are somewhat updated, the hotel itself is outdated. The bathroom door in the room didn’t close, the fitness center has 3 things in it, the Bell tower tolling gets old, and when I asked about late check out I was told it’s $100 per hour for every hour you stay later. Wouldn’t recommend

Hotel is very tired and dated. Seems to be coasting on the proximity to the University. We had a plumbing issue where the toilet sewage bubbled up into the shower. Staff handed us a plunger to deal with it and didn’t really care. Ultimately we switched rooms but the service was shocking and arrogant. Avoid this hotel if you can.

Taylor was great when checking us in. He was very patient and so knowledgeable. He gave us some great recommendations. The room was clean and the valet was very polite.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel with no hot water. When I called the front desk to notify them I’d been running the sink and shower water for 20 min without hot water, they said “you may have to let it run for 40 min - this is an old property - what can you expect”? Then I told the front desk to which they replied “sorry”. Stay at The Graduate around the corner.
