The Hotel offers complimentary champagne during check-in. The pool area was just big and awesome! My kids enjoyed it! Great customer service we got from the front desk representative Aaliyah! She was very kind! She made our stay feel comfortable!

We were stuck at the Detroit airport for 10 hours and landed here by total accident. The customer service was wonderful particularly JUNE! June helped us change rooms to joining rooms so we could be next to our kids and just helped us out in general. We were stranded for 2 days waiting for a flight and this was a bright spot in an otherwise stressful situation.

Perfect location for our mother/ daughter shopping weekend! My favorite was the champagne toast at check in... cheers! My 9 year old daughter loved the very big & deep pool for swimming! Very family friendly & a great spot right off the freeway & close to all the shopping & great restaurants that ann arbor has to offer!

This is a very nice hotel. I was greeted with a glass of champagne in the lobby immediately after I checked in. The Front desk clerk, CADE, was exceptionally helpful. I would recommend this hotel to friends. I would stay there again if I were in the area.

The Kensington Hotel visit was pleasant from beginning to end. The front desk staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. I attended an association event, and saw that the staff was supportive and looked out for our needs. The brunch provided was delicious and far above expectations!

The local Hampton Inns didn't have great reviews so I tried this hotel. Prices were good compared to our usual big city hotels. Free parking, front desk staff, room, quietness all were perfect. I bought a grab and go parfait at a reasonable price instead of the breakfast at the restaurant, which paired well with the in room coffee. Although I may never return to Ann Arbor, if I did I would stay here again.
