We have family In Ann Arbor and we’ve bee staying here once 2014. It’s usually pretty good. Those days are over… at least for now. I imagine we’ll be back, but I won’t be happy about it. So we’re here again. Last time here my husband pointed out that they were in the middle of replacing all the outside balconies that were badly rusted and this was probably a very expensive repair so they may be waiting to get that done before they start redoing the rooms. Well, they seem to just about finished their balcony/walkway project, but haven’t gotten to the rooms themselves. Relatively clean, unless you looked under of behind things - like the phone or a lamp. The tub is cracked, the furniture is beat up - scarred, nicked, warped tops, etc. , but the linens and towels were nice. It was a good mattress and the room was clean - mostly. The carpet was vacuumed, but badly stained. The tv remote only sometimes worked and we couldn’t get any sound on the only channel we wanted to watch: ESPN.

The service is very good, the transportation is convenient, and the price is affordable. I just came here and didn't find an apartment for rent. I stayed here for a few days and I feel very good. There is a supermarket just two minutes' walk away and food is very cheap.

The place and the staff was lovely and so attentive . The breakfast was amazing , filled with lots of glutton free items . Which my Daughter really appreciated it. The Bed and Breakfast was so beautiful, clean , spacious, and relaxing . It really felt like home and was a great place to decompress for a day and night . Thanks for everything, we look forward to our next visit .

We have stayed at other hotels when visiting our student and this is one of the best. Great location, great rooms. We were only there for a night but it did not disappoint. We walked to amazing restaurants and shopping. The curtains are actually blackout and the bed is so comfortable you will want to know what mattress it is. When you walk up the view over Ann Arbor is great.

XXIAOJUNHotel is good, (*๓ ́╰╯`๓) The only thing that can be included if breakfast is perfect! The surrounding traffic is quite convenient and the parking lot is big enough. The hotel to the restaurant can walk from the indoor passage, it is also very convenient!

JJUNHotel location is good, 15 minutes drive to the University of Michigan, there is a mall around 1 km, there are restaurants, and supermarkets, where the noodle world and Mexican food are good, the front parking lot is free, the breakfast is simple American, can eat. The hotel is cleaned.

My stay here did not live up to expectations or my past stays at other Staybridge hotels (or other IHG hotels in other cities around the world, for that matter). However, my stay was not all negative, so let me focus on the positives first. Let me note that while I stayed here for one night while in the process of moving to a new city, I did not have the breakfast here, nor did I use the hotel’s amenities, so this review will skip those parts of the stay. The hotel’s location is very convenient, located just off I-94 which provides easy access to DTW as needed. It is also located to a lot of nearby restaurants and stores, although a bit of a drive from the University of Michigan if you are here for the university. The lobby provides a cheery, refreshing welcome upon entering, and the front desk staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms are also pretty spacious, no surprise given this is a hotel composed of suites. The bed is also very comfortable and I received a good night sleep. But that’s pretty much where it all ends positivity wise… Despite the room being spacious, it seems as if housekeeping does not do their job as the room was very dirty upon entering. There were also stains on the walls and there were even blood stains in certain areas of the washroom. Absolutely disgusting, and especially unacceptable especially during pandemic times! The shower was also below average and water pressure was quite weak. If I had to describe what the shower experience was like at this hotel, it was almost as if the water was trickling. Seriously. It seems as if there are a numerous amount of hotels in close proximity to this one. I would most certainly look at those other options, because other people are pointing out the same flaws as me online. 2 stars seems just right for me given that there were some positives about my stay here.

GGuest UserThis hotel was very clean (a must for me). The room was very spacious and had everything I needed (mini frig, microwave, iron, fast internet, etc.). It was quiet. The breakfast was adequate. It was extreme value for the money. A pool would have been nice, but not a necessity for me. My stay was for three nights. It was close to I of M where my conference was. I would definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserAwesome guest services! Was greeted by Jose and chocolate chip cookies. We had special needs for our room, which he was very gracious to provide. We hadn’t had dinner yet, so he provided us take out menus - the food was awesome. Our hotel room was stocked with coffee and bathroom supplies - shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hand soap and to my surprise mouthwash AND make up removal towelettes. It’s the little things that make for a nice stay! While I was getting cookies I overheard him talking with other guests giving them good advice about touring the town! I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you, Jose!

邵邵I made a temporary reservation and arrived at 11:30 in the middle of the night. There is only a twin room on the first floor. When I walked into the room, the smell was very heavy and it felt very damp and airless.
This hotel is very large and newly renovated, the free breakfast is very rich, and the service is very good, someone will greet you with coffee or tea. There are coffee machines, refrigerators, and microwaves in the room. The hotel has a large swimming pool and gym. The surrounding area is safe and spacious, and the car can be parked freely. A few steps out of the hotel, there will be gas stations, supermarkets, and it is very convenient to buy some food and process it.
The particularly good thing is that there is a car rental company in the hotel, and the car is parked right next to the hotel, which is a great service!
