We actually loved everything about our stay. The condo F5 was gorgeous, with beautiful views! The room was up to date and had everything we needed. Everything was clean and we felt at home. I personally worried about safety. At no point did we ever feel unsafe on property! We ate at the little resturant on the water. Had a amazing meal, twice. Highly recommend it. I do wish it had more if a beach. With this being said, the beach area was super cool and quiet. Really cool views and tons of sea creatures. The only reason I gave 4 stars is the location in general. It wasn't to far from red hook, which we preferred to stay away from. What we learned is that Charlotte amalie was just cleaner.

We enjoyed our stay so much in our little condominium at Pleasant Point! The layout of the resort was nice with parking right outside our door. The onsite restaurant was delicious and fun. We really liked the location in relation to Red Hook... not a far drive. Staff was friendly and place was clean and comfortable with all the extra little amenities that make a trip so nice!

Very nice view. I would not recommend for persons with disabilities. All rooms are up off the ocean, so you have to walk either up or down hills and lots of steps.

Stunning views from D23. Very good food at restaurant. Unit could use updating. Biggest thing to be aware of are the steep climbs from waterfront restaurant/pool back to unit.

Major drawback was no real beach on property, nearest “beach” (via walkway to next resort) wasn’t so nice either, next closest option was uphill road walk to nice Coki Beach or taxi to even nicer beach (e.g. Sapphire). And all walks to pools/meals involved short hike (not too bad if in fair shape). Positive trade offs are very quiet /not crowded at all, very nice views from property heights. If you don’t need beach it’s excellent.

Beautiful view of bay from unit, close proximity to beach, pool, and restaurant. Individual unit was nice but needed some maintenance, bath room door lock to bed room would only open from 1 side, frequently had to exit through kitchen, blue ray remote had dead batteries and patio furniture had moderately rusted, needed to be wire brushed and repainted. Site is quite hilly, requires good walking health

This was a birthday getaway. The property, room, and view was nice. I was extremely disappointed when I had to spend my birthday and the last day there in the dark. During the rain there was no lights, no hot water, and hot air. I spend 5 hours in the car to charge my phone and get air conditioner. The Resort was not helpful and gave a generic answer blaming it on the power company. There was no back-up generators, no alternative sheltering, and no compensation. Better preparation for this occurrence should be made by this Resort when guests are spending their money for a vacation. Next time I'll go to Margaritaville they had generators.
