Not a good experience. Not very clean. People do not clean up after their dogs. Unsettling smell in the room. Pillows she bed are amongst the most uncomfortable I’ve experienced at a hotel. Gym is small and dirty. Clientele was sketch at best. Marriott, do better!

We were here for the funeral of my girlfriend’s mother Rooms are comfortable enough though a few large bugs were found in the bathroom The service was awful Front desk appeared scornful whenever we made a request Eg the woman raised her eyebrows and did not speak when my gf asked for a box of kleenex Similarly she was silently passive aggressive when she asked for keys Nobody said “i am sorry about your loss” Upon checkin there was no dental or shaving kits We were not offered waters or thanked for being Marriott Gold members as well I told the front desk 3 x to clean the room at 12:30 pm It was acknowledged but one can see that it was not internalized Sure enough the room was a mess when we returned from funeral There was not even a “we are sorry” Breakfast was ok and plentiful but the staff barely moved eg i had to get coffee cups in the cabinet Cutlerly and napkins were not replaced Tables were dirty Fitness center is awful Avoid this place

Prior to check in, I called this hotel and asked for my confirmation email. The lady on the phone was extremely rude, said she'll email it, and never emailed it. Great start. Checking into the hotel, the front desk never checked my ID, never confirmed my room type, never confirmed how many nights I am staying. She started having a phone conversation while having a check in, and only word she spoke to me was "swipe your credit card". I asked her what I am swiping for, and in a very condensing tone, she said "um.. your room and tax??". Thank you, if you're reading this, please be mindful and know that some places charge incidentals and I wanted to make sure I know what I am being charged for. I had to ask what the amount she was charging me. The entire time she looked very irritated and gave a condensing tone. The room itself is not great either. It has a odd smell walking in and the pillow smells like sweat.

While this location could sure use renovations and the rooms on the first floor surely need new sleeper sofas. The service was kind and each team member was so friendly. The front desk, the laundry lady, and the breakfast attendant. It was packed weekend of mostly lacrosse families.

Don't understand the "very good" and "excellent" ratings. We found the facility among the worst we've ever experienced in a Marriott-branded property. Our bedroom suite room had ripped carpets, dirty walls, spotty wi-fi, and considerable road noise from Route 100 -- so much so that we couldn't get a good night's sleep for the entire week we were there. The breakfast buffet was poor and most days had no yogurt, no regular half-and-half for coffee (which was never served hot), and food which caused us to skip breakfast there after two days. Be prepared to be disappointed if you expect this property to be up to Marriott's usual high standards.

The first thing I see when I get to this hotel with my family is people drinking on the porch of the building. The rooms have cracks and stains all over. The only thing good from this hotel is the staff
