Good location and room is ok, great to stay here as hotel location is quite good.

A great option to stay in Annecy. Close to central attractions, restaurants and shops, everything was great. The room was very cozy and spacious.

First of all, the location is the best! It is close enough to walk to Annecy Station, and there is a hotel right near Annecy Lake! Also, shops and restaurants
There are many around the hotel. The staff were also friendly. The facilities are also clean.

We were very happy at this hotel. Our room was modern, large, comfortable beds and extremely clean. Staff were great too, very helpful. We would certainly consider staying here again. The location is great, right in centre of old town and close to lake. Only negative is that mid-summer Annecy is very busy, and the crowds seem to gather right outside the hotel! Our room was quiet, however - 4th floor and great double glazing worked perfectly. 

Wonderful, quaint hotel in the old town part of Annecy. The staff was friendly, and helpful. The hotel is right next to the Palais d’isle, a main attraction.  They were able to add a second night due to change of plan, so we were able to experience two  different rooms and both were comfortable overlooking the river. Highly recommended.

First of all, the location is the best! It is close to Anshi Station and there is a hotel near Lake Anshi! Also shops and restaurants
There are many hotels around. The staff were friendly. The facilities are clean.
