The hotel is very difficult to drive to due to one way streets and a very congested traffic pattern around the hotel. There is not enough parking at the hotel to accommodate all guests once you get there. The hotel is maintained well but no more than should be expected. We were disappointed that the A/C had been turned off for the season and we had to keep the patio door open (without a screen) at night to keep cool. As a positive, the staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet is good and the area of town the hotel is in has plenty of restaurants and shops.

Fantastic location. We booked the parking when we booked our room and it was well worth it. You can walk anywhere from the hotel and leave your car parked. We had a 2 room apartment, very clean and comfortable. We didn't have the breakfast, it seemed expensive for what it was, but there are plenty of boulangeries nearby to pick up a breakfast pastry. There is a lovely terrace that you can sit out on and watch the world go by. It was hot while we were there, so the air-conditioning was very welcome. We had a room at the back, overlooking a small park and churches. It was very quiet, even though it's situated in the middle of town. Would definitely stay here again if we are back in Annecy.

Dans l'hyper centre d'Annecy, l'hôtel propose des chambres spacieuses, lumineuses, bien organisées et très propres Tout est neuf/en très bon état L'accueil est vraiment agréable et répond aux attentes des hôtes Les animaux sont acceptés Si on devait donner un bémol les chambres sur rue sont un peu bruyantes mais on est en plein centre ville passant

Nice and well-maintained hotel centrally located in town. The apartment was clean and nice, we also had a balcony where there was plenty of space. Pleasant and helpful staff at the hotel. Parking is available outside but needs to be booked in advance. Otherwise, there is a parking garage a couple of minutes away for 25 euros/day.

Accueil très agréable, situation parfaite, hôtel sécurisé et parking (sur réservation). L’hôtel est très propre et calme. Nous avions réservé 2 chambres premium et rien à redire. Chambres spacieuses et confortables. Kitchenette appréciable avec quelques petits extra (dosettes de café, gourmandises). Literie confortable. Petit déjeuner avec tout ce qu’il faut, viennoiseries, yaourts, jus variés, fruits secs, café au choix…Rien à redire.

J'ai passé 2 mois dans cet établissement. Un appartement refait à neuf avec tout le confort nécessaire, une literie excellente. Une équipe toujours souriante et serviable. Idéalement situé en hyper centre d'Annecy, je recommande vivement !
