Classic hotel near a commercial area. One of the few to offer Canal+ in the range. Right next to Switzerland, top!
The check in went really slowly because of a system problem. Took at least half an hour. After some unsuccessful attempt we finally could enter in our rooms but half an hour later the electricity has gone. After few hours there were NO electricity in the whole hotel and the rooms without the air-condition started to getting really hot (outside temp 39 Celsius). We asked the receptionist who said she can't promise the electricity will come back. So we decided to move out and try to find another hotel. I wrote to the hotel manager via the e-mail address I got in the hotel and to the official Accor Customer Care asking a refund. The ACC just passed the problem to the hotel manager who never replied. So no IBIS, no ACCOR hotels for us in the future. The worst experience in my life!

Dated and in poor condition. Toilet roll holder fell off the wall, light switch fitting fell off the wall, shower holder broken so had to hold the shower head. Beds uncomfortable. Very old- tiny shower with curtain. Only redeeming feature was proximity to Europcar rental next door.

Horroroso, no lo recomiendo para nada. Muy sucio y descuidado. Cuando se abrió la puerta del ascensor que entramos en el segundo piso, que era donde teníamos la habitación, hacía un olor horrorosa y insoportable de moqueta húmeda y sucia. La habitación olía igual de mal. El váter viejo y descuidado. La pica daba hasta asco haberla de utililzar. Lamentable el estado de conservación y de limpieza. El buffet del desayuno me sorprendió para bien (nada del otro mundo, pero correcto) en relación al estado del hotel. Eso si, los platos, tazas, etc.... con una déficit de limpieza importante.

Équipement sommaire et hôtel vieillissant. Propre cela étant. Une nuit horrible due à des gens irrespectueux qui ont hurlé dans le couloir une bonne partie de la nuit… niveau insonorisation on repassera… Le seul truc positif : l’accueil de la réceptionniste qui était juste très sympathique et pro !
