Stayed in the family unit one night. PROS: easy check in, friendly staff, very comfortable beds, big TV, shower good, close to bus transport into and out of city, restaurant and Cafe next door, quiet at night (back of property room). Easy after hours access.
CONS: room air-conditioning needs service as a strong smell of smoke in the room and no windows that open other than bathroom louvers (mentioned smell to staff who said they would note it).
Note for others: 5G phone antenna 30m outside room and stair access.

The location is very good and convenient. There are restaurants and cafes nearby, and there are buses directly to the city center. There are bars and restaurants downstairs. Free parking. The room I stayed in was spacious and had a wide selection of anime teas, so I was very satisfied!
