房間很小，不衞生，泡池下午晚上水不乾淨，住店讓前台換乾的浴袍還要加收20塊。幾乎沒有隔音，早上被下水道排水的聲音吵醒；窗户和門透光，晚上影響睡眠。總之住宿和泡池的環境都非常一般！

從20年到現在已經四年了，不説是什麼大客户，但是也是老粉了。之前給了很多好評好今天給一個差評。由於不斷地裝修升級店鋪房間也越來越豐富，性價比高的房型也越來越少，三個人出門，定了一個博蘭店住，**直播間説的是有車接送，想着也近，就立馬下單了，停車區域的工作人員很熱情，指揮我們停車。但是我們要去隔壁分店的時候，中午那會兒工作人員百般推脱，説是衹有200米，走幾步就到了。我們想着反正也晴天，走走就走走。到了下午，泡完温泉本來身上就乏，提着兩包行李就不説了，重點是工作人員竟然説：你們從裏面來的為什麼要在外面坐車？……就是照片上這位。工作人員又回我他是殘疾人。朋友是跟我第一次來，曾經兩年前你們修路不能停車在店旁邊的時候，我們停到當時對面旅行地，司機都很客氣很熱情，現在怎麼態度那麼差了？現在這些人是老闆的親戚嗎？

什麼垃圾騙子酒店，定房的時候顯示是私湯房，問了也是私湯房，是帶泡池，不是浴缸那種，結果去到那裡告訴不是私湯，責任推給攜程，598定到了一件間100塊品質的房間，不知道哪來的好評，真是一次非常非常受騙的預訂，我是很少會評價的，這次真是太垃圾了，感受極差極差極差
