The first time I went on a business trip to Anqing, I chose the Greenland QUBE Hotel, which was great! The front desk reception was warm and professional! The room hardware facilities are complete! The fruit plate sent was serious (see the last picture), all of which were relatively good fruits, great 👍 The breakfast was very rich, with a good combination of Chinese and Western food! During the meal, there were also waiters who came to conduct research with the guests, very serious! There is a park on the left side of the hotel, which is suitable for running and exercise in the morning!

Chicken soup fried rice, pancakes, and beef patties are recommended. There are not many people in the swimming pool, and the management is basically in place. Then let's talk about the problems. First, the room temperature is too high. It is more than ten degrees outside and 27 degrees in the room. The hotel started the central air conditioning at night on the first night, and the temperature dropped to 24, which was quite comfortable. On the second night, the front desk said that the outdoor temperature was low and the cooling could not be turned on. Then the room was always 27 degrees. . . . . Although they sent an electric fan and helped to open the window, it was not very useful. I didn't sleep well all night. It really needs to be improved! ! Whether the central air conditioning is turned on or not depends on the indoor temperature. Second, the min bar refrigerator is transparent glass, with a light inside, which is always on. The light is very obvious at night, brighter than the night light. It needs to be optimized, at least the light can be turned off. Third, light stains can be seen on light-colored carpets. I asked the cleaning staff to do a secondary treatment, but the effect was not obvious. Light-colored carpets still need regular deep cleaning.

If calculated by the standards of a five-star hotel, the check-in experience is still a bit disappointing. The overall environment and hygiene are average. The most annoying thing is that I was quite happy to see that there were fruits delivered on the first day of check-in, but when I opened them, I found that most of the fruits had gone bad and I didn't eat them. I also reminded them in the guestbook, and probably someone saw it and called to say that they would deliver another portion. When I went back the next day, I saw that the fruits that were delivered again were still spoiled. I said if you can't afford it, don't send it, and I don't have that expectation!
