This was our first hotel in Seychelles and honestly very well start. It is very clean and new hotel. Location is awesome and it has a private beach (kafe kreol). The amenities are excellent and various including kids play zone. However, the breakfast could be better and wider in options. All in all it is a good place to be during your vacation.

Very good hotel

This price is relatively cost-effective in Seychelles. It is not close to the airport and the center of Victoria, more than ten kilometers away. There is a beach across the road and the shallow sea is full of seaweed. If it's nearby, the small shop downstairs of the hotel is clean and reasonably priced. The street next to it is full of shabby shops with very high prices. What makes me unhappy is that if you want to send videos and photos via the hotel Wi-Fi, there is a charge, 300 rupees a night, 150 rupees a night. When I first asked, they said it was free, but in fact it was just the most basic free package involving photos and videos. Just ask for extra money. Anyway, everything in this place is expensive! In addition, it is the rainy season, so the sheets always feel noisy and there is a faint smell. Overall, it's just average. I won't stay there next time!

I really liked the hotel, the location and room are excellent, the breakfast is excellent. Attentive girls at the reception. The bed is large, soft, the linen is clean. They gave me the category number above) for which thank you Free sup on the beach. The only downside is that I had to ask for the floor to be washed and I would have updated/washed the sun loungers on the beach. There was a problem with payment through trip.com; upon check-in they said that there was no payment, but the hotel resolved the issue within 5 minutes. But the taxes had to be paid 2 times, while trip.com tried to figure it out for 2 days, as a result they compensated with trip coins.

Amazing hotel. Pros: 1 - very beautiful rooms & overall hotel design. 2 - food at hotel restaurant is delicious 3. They have 2 bars 1 of them is a pool bar and the other is in the third level? Cant remember, restaurant also offer alcohol too, delicious drinks. 4. Affordable. 5. Very close to the beach and there is a lovely restaurant by the beach. 6. They offer unlimited complimentary water. 7. In-hotel relaxing spa. 8. Room: Very clean. Lovely view. No cons here.

We spent a night at Laila for my birthday and was impressed. The hotel is modern, clean, and the rooms are very comfortable. I loved the big balcony! Breakfast had good variety and the pool was nice too. The hotel is right next to the beach. Would stay again for a longer visit.

We went for lunch to celebrate a special occasion and were very disappointed. There was no warm welcome upon arrival and no bread was served during the meal. When we asked for bread, the waitress informed us that they do not serve bread. We ordered medium steak but it was undercooked.Far from the level of a 4 star hotel. Overall, it was a really bad experience that ruined our afternoon. I don't recommend this place.

To be honest, its appauling that a Marriot hotel cannot provide a single Accessible parking to this brand new hotel. Where are your standards? We tried to access the amenities today and had no safe place to park for our son to transfer to his chair. The general parking area (outside the boundary fence) is on a steep slope and on rough open paving. Too danagerous. The solution is to drop him off at the forecourt and drive outside the gate and park whilst leaving him unattended. Security would not even assist and demanded we park outside. So we left, and never to return. Sorry but we get better treatment at a 3 star city lodge.

The hotel is situated on a beautiful beach where you can enjoy your time. However, there were algae present on two days that weren’t cleaned up. The beachside hotel offers two parasols, and deck chairs are provided free of charge. There is also a pool on the premises, creating a pleasant atmosphere. I had booked an ocean view room, which is more expensive than the garden view, but it was a mistake as the windows faced a busy street, resulting in noise both day and night. Although the room itself was spacious and comfortable, it was not entirely clean. Nearby dining options are limited to fast food outlets, with no real restaurants in close proximity. While the staff attempts to be friendly, the level of service depends on the individual. My Platinum status was not acknowledged - no upgrate, no late check out options, no welcome gift etc.. The breakfast selection is very limited and not replenished. From 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., tea, coffee, and cake are available, but only a few pieces of cake are offered. On a positive note, after check-out, you can reserve a shower room if your flight is later in the day and you need to freshen up. I would cautiously recommend the hotel, but I suggest exploring other options before making a final decision, as the price does not reflect the quality

Magnificent There Asian buffet is absolutely amazing! great night with friends, friendly waiters and bartenders. great atmosphere, will recommend to anyone visiting anse royal. Will definitely go there again. Good place to enjoy a nice and easy evening

Visited for our honeymoon in june, we fell in love with the pictures online. Hotel was nice & modern however falsely advertised, although the rooms looked fairly like the pictures, the fan & views weren’t as advertised. It’s a really quiet hotel as it is new, service isn’t all that either and needs improving. Me & my husband stayed a few days for our honeymoon and went to sit at the bar/seating area outside just to relax & were told we can’t sit there unless we buy drinks. The place was empty, I can see why. You don’t shoo away your customers if they don’t feel like buying, there’s nowhere else to sit outside! Other than that, area is abit boring compared to other areas of seychelles. Few decent takeaways nearby. Beach is filled with algae/seaweed. Id recommend you stay in a different area in mahe. Do feel like we wasted a few days here. If you just want to stay in a pretty hotel this is it, but other than that dont expect too much.

Very nice hotel, the decoration and amenities are great. We found the room very comfortable. The beach located across is one of the nicest in the island (turquoise calm waters) although we would recommend walking a few meters away from the restaurant for the best spot. We were pleasantly surprised by the food as we had a very good dîner. Breakfast is adequate however far from amazing... drinks are well priced for the island and relatively well executed. the service is professional although staff will not go the extra mile which is possibly what other reviewers have complained about. We were not bothered by the neighboring gas station - actually it is convenient to be located next to a supermarket. All is all pleasantly surprised by this hotel that I would recommend
