房間衞生乾淨，設施比較好，前台服務員服務熱情、周到，早餐不錯。

Ctrip's blind booking of hotels has taught me a lesson. I asked for a non-smoking room and a non-smoking floor, but I was given a smoking room with a terrible odor (Ctrip said I was staying in a non-smoking room when coordinating). The answer was that I was upgraded to such a smelly room? The integrity and management level of this hotel are really unbelievable. It was a terrible experience. I suggest that individual travelers should not stay in such a smelly room. Instead, they said that the person was sensitive to the smell. When changing rooms, their floor attendant came in and frowned. I was just surprised that this problem was not reported. I will definitely not go to this place again. I just want to warn future visitors that they have clean and odorless rooms. I really don't know what they want to do with the current customer flow! Or are they rejecting Ctrip guests?

This is the worst hotel in Guizhou. The train tracks are right downstairs. When I checked in, I was told that the 20th floor is not too noisy. But there was a train every five minutes, and it blew the whistle. The train whistled!!! Even with earplugs, I couldn't stand it. It was killing me. I played games all night. I can't understand why a hotel costs more than 500 yuan a night.

房間很乾凈整潔，服務特別熱情！考慮到我訂的房間離鐵軌近，晚上比較吵，前台還幫我免費升了房。晚上不知道吃啥，遇到打掃衞生的工作人員還熱心的為我推薦當地的特色小吃。

房間很寬，窗外視野也很開闊。酒店早餐品種很多，滿足小朋友各種需求。
