Comfy room. The hotel used lotsa woods and it smell so good especially at the lobby.

An interesting concept for the hotel. It really aims towards cultural / arts visitors with its decor, informational books in your room, etc. No complaints about the service and amenities, only small issue is the city layout itself. Not a problem if you're calling in taxis though, and it's fairly close to a lot of restaurants.

The hotel was easy to find and the receptionist made checking in and out smooth and quick. By the time I went to breakfast it was only scraps of food left. I tried to get a milk tea from the machine but that was also out (was just cloudy hot water). The room was comfortable. The sound of the train did wake me up a couple times in the night but overall it wasn’t too disturbing.

the hotel staff is one of the best I have expierced in China. They are extremely helpfull I would book this hotel just for the front desk staff. The rooms provide value for the price they are offered for.

Overall, the check-in experience was good. The hotel has its own cultural characteristics. As soon as I entered the hotel, I was infected by the atmosphere of the village: the little girl in the lobby was very enthusiastic when checking in, answered all questions, and was very considerate of customers; I arrived at the hotel at around 6 o'clock in the afternoon, tasted the afternoon tea arranged by the hotel, and also experienced the fire and chat around the fire; I had a good sleep.

I didn't have time to experience the hotel's afternoon tea and cocktails. Although it's a popular hotel, the cleaning lady and the front desk girl were very enthusiastic. They patiently answered our requests and questions. The hardware of the hotel room was also very good, especially the mattress and pillow (I have requirements for this), which allowed me to sleep well and have fun.

It's pretty good, there are a lot of food nearby, the girls at the front desk are also very welcoming, there are afternoon tea, breakfast, basically what you see is what you get, all are pretty good, you can also take a bus directly from the hotel to the falls, it's all very convenient.

The scenery is so beautiful. The front desk clerk is so nice. He also gave me a cocktail. I can't drink alcohol, but he replaced it with a drink. It's so beautiful! I was surprised by the quality of the hotel. It is worth recommending! When booking the hotel, there are afternoon tea, free (mini) refrigerators, and cocktails. Afternoon tea was not provided because it was too late. They said it would be provided the next day. No one mentioned this matter when I left; special cocktails said that they would be available in the restaurant downstairs, and we thought it was too late so we didn't go; free (mini refrigerator) said that everything in the refrigerator could be enjoyed, but there was only a bottle of mineral water in it. I reported it to the front desk again, and the waiter came to give us the things in the free (mini refrigerator) when we were about to go to bed. If you don't call, you won't enjoy this service. No one reminds or informs you. Since there is this service, why doesn't the hotel remind you? It makes people feel very uncomfortable. I personally think that if there are special projects and services, you should do them well. It's better not to do it, but the experience will be worse. The hotel has a warm environment, unique decoration style, convenient transportation, warm and thoughtful service, suitable for tourism and living. Anshun Tense Hotel, this is the first time I have chosen such a beautiful hotel in the city. I thought that such a hotel could only be found in the B&Bs of tourist attractions.
